John, Dillon, and crew did an excellent job installing a 10 zone sprinkler system and a couple of hose bibs at my house. They were responsive, professional, and efficient. They obviously take pride in their work. Kim in the office is also very pleasant. I highly recommend Waterways Irrigation.

Hi Richard, are you sure you have the correct number? The secretary's are in the office Monday through Saturday and they make sure every phone call is returned. Please call the the office at 631-360-3305.
We had our sprinkler system replaced in September 2022, after our new house had multiple pipe bursts along the existing irrigation system. We had 4 new zones added for a total of 12 zones in addition to swapping in a Wi-Fi enabled control system. JD came out to the house for the original quote and design and has remained our contact point for the installation as well as winter blowouts and spring inspection. The team took the time to find the old replacement heads and removed them and were diligent in making sure they didn’t cut into any fiber lines. JD and the team have always been professional, timely and stand behind their service/product.
I’ll recommend Waterways to anyone seeking to change their irrigation company for any reason.

Very disappointed, had estimate done with John which was very good , called office to ask a question and to recommend my neighbor for a sprinkler system also. After calling 3x to get John on phone was told by secretary that John doesn’t return calls from his personal phone. Never got through!! This was a simple sale for them and a disappointing experience for me.

There was a slight delay as to the original day they were supposed to install my system but they called me well in advance and explained it. They promised to come on the 14th without a doubt and even though it was not the best weather they showed up. The installers came when they said they would, they were very professional despite installing system in between the showers. Very friendly and took the time to show me everything. When you call the ladies in the office, they are more than helpful and responsive to your needs. I highly recommend this company.

I never leave reviews. I explained to this company that I have a medically fragile baby and spoke to a woman named Christine. I had an appointment scheduled that was pushed off bc she told me she needed a “different crew” to do the job. The only day they were available for was a day that my son had a hospital visit for. I changed my sons visit date to accommodate the company. The night before they cancelled on me telling me Id be called back the next day. That never happened. I had to contact them on my own and the owner “John” gets on the phone with me (which is days later) and he tries to reprimand me for their own scheduling “mishap”
Rude beyond belief and expected me to let him speak to me as if I was a child. Steer clear of this company if you want honest service that is actually executed. And FYI i was referred to them! Never again. Wasted weeks of my time and cost my son his hospital visit. Hopefully this review serves somebody well.

John installed my irrigation system. He was professional, courteous, very clean and aware of the details. I was very impressed with his work in the basement. The way he piped in the water supply was very neat and precise. It’s very apparent he has a lot of pride in his work. I’m a tradesman myself so I tend to be picky and particular about how things should be. He impressed me with everything. No corners cut , Pricing was good too. I’m very happy I chose waterways irrigation

We had sprinklers installed about 2 weeks ago and so far we are very happy. First off, we priced out a few different quotes and Waterway Irrigation was by far the most competitive.
We had a question the day after installation and they even came out to answer and address our question/concern. People are quick to bash businesses that don’t meet their desired standards, but I feel it’s also important to acknowledge businesses that do too. I’d recommend them for your sprinkler needs.

John and Suzanne are the most professional people I have dealt with in a long time, From start to finish it was a simple easy and worth every penny. They make you feel like family, walking me thru the whole process. Now my grass is actually the greenest on the block.!!! Thanks guys for an excellent, excellent job.
