Hugely recommend Waterloo Plumbing - we have just purchased our new bathroom from them and they couldn’t have made things any smoother. Ossie in particular has been fantastic - helping us to find the best quality fittings within our budget, he really understood what we were looking for and made bespoke adjustments as we needed, we left after our first visit feeling completely confident and every time I’ve returned since he’s solved any issue big or small, following up with phone calls to make sure we’ve been happy at every stage. Every member of staff I’ve had contact with there from management to delivery team have been brilliant. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone

This place was a delight. We went in there a bit worried with so many options, but as soon as we started chatting with Charlie we knew we were in good hands. He took the time to make sure we got exactly what we needed within our budget.

Ossie and his team are amazing. I originally went to them because I got a very expensive quote from another company and they were able to get me a quote within my budget and reassure me that I had set aside enough money for my bathroom renovation. Waterloo Plumbing have an amazing range and Ossie’s advice and expertise was invaluable to me. I was quite anxious about undertaking this project and was worried about being taken advantage of (I’m a single woman) but they made me feel like family. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help with a bathroom renovation.

Time to get a new bathroom, so what did we do, we went to Waterloo, just like we did decades ago and there he was Ossie who was so kind and helpful to us back then and was still the kind, helpful gentleman. He advised us on everything, if we thought of something that seemed good, he would advise us in a direction that was so much better. Always greeted with a smile that said only to happy to help. Worked with Waterloo Plumbing to design and purchase a full suite (WC, sink, vanity unit, bath, shower cubicle, towel radiator and taps) for a new bathroom and a cloak room. Ozzie provided excellent design, service and advice from first enquiry to delivery. Some problems with the cisterns delivered, but all resolved simply and quickly. Would recommend Waterloo plumbing.

Super helpful staff who helped us get everything we needed for our new bathroom at a great price, and then delivered it all in one go. Worth going in early at the weekend, or on a weekday, when it's a little quieter.

Ozzie was fantastic and helped up pick two bathroom suites, nothing was a problem at all. We had a few issues with installation and Ozzie always helped us resolve the issue order new parts. Fantastic local business and amazing customer service, nothing was ever too much. I would really rate Waterloo plumbing and have already recommended to people at work.
