My son transferred to this swim school after several terms at another when he was younger. He enjoyed his lessons so much! He would improve week by week and is definitely a water bug now! We have enrolled my daughter to start soon rather than starting at another school. As a parent, I especially appreciate a bit of flexibility built in to the policy too (you can shift your class 2x with a little notice). It makes the whole programme feel much more accessible for our young family.

We allow 3 make up classes per term as we try and help out parents juggle swimming in their already busy lives, we are glad the flexibility of our lessons a helped you.

Really great swim school. Less pricey than some private ones (which can be £27+) but still a small class size and the teachers get to know each baby. We started at 3 months old and are still going at 2y, our child loves it so much!

All three of my daughters have experienced the wonderful Waterlife Swim School from a few months old, in to their childhood. Kirsty and Rose are kind, dedicated and consistent teachers who help children feel safe and supported. Waterlife has given my daughters a deep love of swimming and great confidence in the water, as well as having lots of fun each week.

Waterlife Swim School is simply amazing - both of my children started swimming at 12 weeks old and absolutely love swimming. Kirsty fosters a really lovely and nurturing environment, making swimming fun but also teaching great life saving skills. My three year old is now swimming lengths of the pool which is incredible to see!

All three of my children have been swimming at Waterlife Swim school since they were three months old and they all love it. Classes are great and Kirsty and Rose are absolute legends. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for baby/toddler swim classes.

We had a fantastic experience with Waterlife swimming lessons for our toddler! Our little one was quite shy at first, but Kirsty was incredibly patient, warm, and encouraging. She took the time to make our child feel comfortable, and by the end of the first lesson, we could already see a boost in confidence. The pool was the perfect temperature—nice and warm—which made a big difference in helping our child feel relaxed in the water. The lessons were well-structured but still fun, with engaging activities that kept our toddler excited to come back each week. We highly recommend these lessons to any parents looking for a caring instructor and a great environment to help their child learn to swim!

My daughter enjoys being in water so I was keen to get her to start swimming lessons. Through recommendations and searching online I came across a number of swim schools. I'm so glad I chose Waterlife Swim School! Kirsty and her team are fantastic teachers who clearly know their stuff, love the water and enjoy teaching. My daughter loves the lessons and they were a highlight of my mat leave. I continue to look forward to our weekly classes now I'm back at work.

We have used Waterlife Swim School for over four years and cannot recommend it highly enough. All three of our children have had swimming lessons here, and their confidence in the water is amazing. Kirsty is absolutely fantastic - so patient, encouraging, and great at making lessons fun. My children absolutely adore her and were always so excited for their weekly lessons. We are sad to be leaving the area and unable to continue our lessons as a result. If you’re looking for swimming lessons, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Waterlife Swim School.

I would highly recommend Waterlife Swim School for anyone with children starting out to swim or looking to improve their skills. My son has really enjoyed learning to swim with Kirsty and his ability and water confidence have improved massively. The pool at Alderbrook is small and warm and is ideal for young children.

We really enjoy our swimming classes with Kirsty at the Perseid School. It’s a great pool, much larger than most around, and has easy parking on site and changing facilities. Kirsty is very professional and kind, and swimming is one of the highlights of our daughter’s week.
