Couldn’t rate this fantastic place any higher. From the initial enquiry, being updated throughout, the images and videos sent for me to check, before my beautiful Cartier watch was returned to me I was super impressed. The skill and craftsmanship needed to remove the scratches and marks that were just so visible were all but gone ! As I was in the area, I thought I’d source some advice on a watch I own - the reviews online pointed towards to these guys, and so did the jeweller’s we were visiting initially, so I knew we were going to the right place. I was not disappointed with the advice, knowledge and general demeanour of both Ted and Charlie. Absolute gents and credit to Watches of Henley Street. Will defo be back in the future for any watch dealings.

Messaged twice to look at selling and buying some watches but was ignored after their first response.
This has happened on two occasions now so wont be using them moving forward.

We note you didn't mention about buying anything from us.
We apologise that we didn't get back to you in the timeframe you expected, the items you sent were not straight forward to price. If the Cartier Santos had been sent alone the offer would of been made within 1 hour and if you were happy, paid the same day if you came into store to conclude.
In busy periods we may need longer than 24 hours to price items submitted to sell if they aren't part of the core brands we buy and especially from brands such as Swatch and Tudor.
I note only 27 hours had passed before you left the review.
We have apologised via WhatsApp and I apologise again here.

Wanted to purchase a rolex for my 60th Birthday and visit Watches of Henley, spoke with the gentleman explained my requirements I wanted a 41mm Oyster Perpetual, he explained how the market prices worked and that he was happy to supply me a watch. But in his opinion I would be better off registering with a rolex main dealer and just waiting. I took his advice and 4 weeks later I was offered a 41mm Datejust which I purchased, It is extremely satisfying to find someone so honest and helpful I would recommend anyone interested in buying a high end watch visit these guys

Such a brilliant experience buying from Ted at Watches of Henley Street. I purchased a Rolex Datejust as a gift for my wife, and Ted’s knowledge, support and professionalism was outstanding. This was my first experience buying a 2nd hand watch and I was quite a tricky customer as I wanted to ensure authenticity - Ted was really understanding & reassuring and my wife is delighted with her new watch. An amazing experience at Henley street watches!! Jordan is an amazing bloke who bent over backwards to help me out to source a Rolex for my wife’s Big Birthday, went down to the shop what a wonderful feeling and experience there the atmosphere is excellent! Great experience selling a Rolex with Henley Street. The "big companies" were a pain to deal with and barely gave me the time of day. Great communication from Jordan, gave a fair offer and payment was made when he said it would be. Would recommend to anyone buying/selling a watch

Really nice and helpful staff!! They helped me source a watch I had been searching for over a long time.
