Amazing experience! Wow! This place was a fantastic experience! Me and my friends were staying at Norfolk Woods for the weekend and took a trip out here. It sas only a 20 minute drive. We found you guys on TikTok! The staff here were really lovely, friendly and welcoming. Most of them being volunteers but they knew all the facts and clearly loved that they do. There were 8 of us so we had 2 buggies that sat 4. I believe we paid around £22 each and it lasted 90 minutes. Suitable for all ages. We bought the booklet before hand and could see the animals in that and tick off what we saw. The gold buggies are self drive and you go out with staff and a group of you. The buggies do have seatbelts for little ones. They seat two facing forwards and two facing backwards. When you spot each animal, we stop and spend a good length of time looking at the animals. On the drive round, staff used the walkie talkies to communicate and tell you all about the animals. We saw some amazing animals. Brilliant to be so close. Loved seeing the deer running and jumping through the fields! What an amazing experience and great find. Will recommend to others. Would love to go again and see how the experience is difference each time! Thanks for a brilliant time 😁

Very, very enjoyable experience. Very enjoyable experience from start to finish. Karen was our guide and she did a fantastic job with her commentary. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. Of particular note for me was the quality and cleanliness of the disabled toilet which so often gets overlooked. The electric buggy functioned perfectly and the commentary came through loud and clear. Will want to do this experience again probably experimenting with a different time of day.

Brilliant experience excellent team To say from the start we got a bit mixed up with the timings, but that Jo and the team did everything to accommodate us. The tour was fantastic, we were lucky enough to have Xander drive us around the site and he was a font of knowledge, helping us get superb views of some of the more elusive residents. Our two children were thrilled by the experience. Once again a really wonderful team and thanks !

Very Enjoyable We really enjoyed our wildlife tour yesterday. The ages of our party ranged from 6 to 76 and it was enjoyed by all. Jo our guide was very informative and enthusiastic, seems to really enjoy her work. The buggies are very comfortable and easy to drive but we were well guided and looked after, everybody in our party wants to visit again and thanks to the wildlife no two tours will ever be the same.

Our Christmas present Day out to Watatunga Wildlife Park . We had a wonderful and interesting day out in Watatunga Wildlife Park you are very well looked after and they went through all the safety rules before you start .The Staff are brilliant and kept us informed about all the animals and birds as you traveled around in your carts and the atmosphere was wonderful . Excellent fun few hours An excellent couple of hours spent at Watatunga! Our guide was brilliant - she was funny and told stories about each animal and their characteristics. We saw lots of animals and the buggy driving also added to the adventure! Lovely set up with a mini shop and place to buy drinks at start and end. Most enjoyable and would recommend!

A great British version of a safari! Fabulous morning spent on a trailer tour at Watatunga - must see if you love animals and are in the area. Extremely knowledgeable guides with a great sense of humor - ours was hilarious - and learnt so much. Having been on an African safari a few times I was mindful about how good this would be but I needn’t have been concerned - every bit as good as long as you don’t expect predators!

Amazing !! Our first time at Watatunga and will definitely be back. The self drive buggies we're great, all very well organised so not to disturb the animals. Andy was great, he knew so much about all the animals in the reserve, the tour was so informative and interesting, we learnt so much. Once in the reserve you would not believe you were in the uk. Superb Location What a wonderful week we all had. Most surprisingly for me was how enthusiastic my four teenage grandchildren were, visiting the park whenever possible. For me in a wheelchair the extended wheelbase Buggy was a godsend enabling us all to travel round in convoy. Then to crown the visit Major Lodge has as good if not better disabled facilities than I've stayed for some time. I'm sure we all will visit again. Thank you

Really good experience! We went with our two grandchildren who are 8 and 10. The experience was really good with the guide telling us so much about the animals that we saw - he was really passionate and obviously knew the animals well. It was a dull day but we didn't notice the wind and spits of rain as we were so engrossed in what he was telling us. I would highly recommend it - well worth going!!
