As I was pressed for time, I tought the most efficient option, noting that a self-service clean would likely exceed 15 minutes and was 3 cars on the line waiting for vacuum, one of your employees, a member of your staff, recommended the "all-included" service and assured me it would be completed swiftly, in no more than 10 minutes.
Contrary to this assurance, the service took 40 minutes to complete,”most of the time on the line” resulting in significant financial disruption to my schedule. Had I been accurately informed of the duration, I would have chosen to clean the vehicle myself.
To compound the issue, when I contacted your office to express my concern about being stuck in the line”and to request assistance in opening a gate so I could exit the premises. I was met with dismissive and indifferent treatment. The representative attributed the delay to a "lack of communication with the employee" and stated that the work performed exceeded what was initially agreed upon. It is my strong impression that I was deliberately misled into a more expensive service for the company’s financial gain. 35 euros
Such conduct reflects a complete lack of professionalism from your Eindhoven Meerenakkerweg location.
Moreover, the vehicle was returned in a substandard condition, still visibly unclean. However, my primary grievance lies not merely with the quality of work, but with the systemic lack of transparency and customer care demonstrated throughout this experience.

Leuke voucher gemocht black friday zou 2x moeten werken. Bij scannen doet de voucher het niet meer lekker opgelicht voor €22!!!
Auto word vaak ook niet goed schoon blijven altijd een paar vieze plekken achter
