Had a boiler service - installed a year ago from them. Boiler is great. Serviced by Adam just. Adam was firstly very professional and polite. Lovely to have great customer service with someone who is clearly skilled in their field. He was also training a young apprentice and sounded to be doing a great job. Clear explanations and appeared invested in the apprentice. Did not rush through the service. I would happily recommend the company based on my experience of boiler installation and the great customer service from Adam.

Adam was so knowledgeable, talked me through the process and reassured us everything was in good working order. He also gave me lots of information and tips for heating the house efficiently. Can't thank them enough As soon as they answered the phone to me I knew that this was the company I was going to go with - they were so kind and compassionate, and I really feel they bent over backwards to help us as quickly as they could when our boiler was condemned. The plumber was fantastic and kept me updated on what he was doing and why, and took the time to explain the new thermostat to me. Quick to respond and very helpful, a real gem of a company.
