Called in the morning about a leak in the radiator, spoke to Mark who was super helpful, told me head to the website to upload photos and explain the problem and received a quote within 20 minutes.

I recently had my boiler checked and I’m extremely pleased with the service. The engineer arrived on time, was professional and courteous, and explained everything clearly. The inspection was thorough, and they made sure the boiler was running safely and efficiently before leaving.

Wonderful job done. All technicians very nice, excellent communication. The job done was tricky and completed without a fuss. Boiler is working great. They also needed to bring in an electrician to finish off the job and he was very professional and good at communication too. Highly recommend!
Excellent job and service would highly recommend. The whole team are very friendly and helpful. We had new radiators and any mess was cleaned up and took away. We are very satisfied with their work as they even sorted a problem we didn't know we had. Will not hesitate to use them again.
These guys are knowledgeable, honest, skilled and hard working.
We gathered a few quotes after one firm condemned our (very) old existing boiler and provided the first quote. I won't name the firm but the guy that came round was pretty unpleasant: grumpy, defensive and openly derisive of our current setup. Another firm were as nice as pie and provided a good quote but were a bit 'salesey' and did not provide a lot of guidance in the choice of boiler to go for.
When Russel from Warm For Life came to quote, he spent longer, asked more questions, did a more thorough survey, provided a clear idea of which boiler to choose and why and was the only one who took his shoes off before marching upstairs!
Other firms told us the job would take 3 days but WFL said it'd take a day - which made me a little nervous but they turned up with a big team and got the job done. As it happens, the work was more involved and took a little longer because of the need to bypass old lead gas pipes but they stuck to the original quote.
All in all they did a great job and would recommend them.
