El apartamento esta bien y se ve nuevo, es pequeño pero tiene el espacio bien aprovechado. Las vistas desde la terraza tambien estan bien, además, cuanta con un toldo para proteger del sol. La piscina es comunitaria y para llegar hay que bordear parte de la urbanización por unas escaleras. En cuanto a limpieza tambien estaba bien. Lo que no nos ha gustado es que para usar la lavadora no había ninguna monodosis para al menos 1 lavado cosa que es muy util cuando vas de vacaciones por unos días. Además, cuando hemos preguntado dijeron que debía haber y cuando se confirmo que no, dijeron que no nos lo facilitaban. No había ninguna muestra de gel ni champú (6 días alojados). El día de la salida el personal de limpieza aparecio (abriendo la puerta), a las 10:30, cuando el check-out era a las 11.

Respecto a los complementos, nos gustaría aclarar que no proporcionamos gel de ducha, champú ni monodosis de detergente o suavizante para la lavadora. Estos productos pueden encontrarse ocasionalmente en el apartamento si los huéspedes anteriores los han dejado, pero no forman parte de los servicios o amenities incluidos en la reserva. Por este motivo, tampoco aparecen mencionados entre los equipamientos o servicios de la vivienda. Lamentamos la confusión que pudo producirse al respecto y tomamos nota de su comentario. En cuanto a la llegada del personal de limpieza, sentimos que se produjera antes de la hora indicada para el check-out. Entendemos que, aunque fueran unos minutos antes, lo adecuado es respetar la hora de salida establecida. Gracias nuevamente por su estancia y por ayudarnos con sus comentarios a seguir mejorando. We hebben het erg fijn gehad in het appartement van Carlos. Het is een minihuisje met alles erin, zeer praktisch ingedeeld. Fijn zwembad erbij, kleinschalig. Prachtig uitzicht over de oceaan!
Everything was as described and Carlos was super-responsive! Fantastic view, local Spar very handy and great beach. Be careful with address in satnav. Overall - great little appartment in fab location

Wonderful apartment in Patalavaca. Bright, stylish, comfortable and well-equipped. A great use of a small space! The highlight was probably the amazing expansive view of the sea (and sunsets) from the balcony, and the peace.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet! Leiligheten ligger i et rolig og flott område med gåavstand til alt, i tillegg til nydelig utsikt og et deilig og rolig bassengområde! Leiligheten var moderne og fin, og det var rent. Det var deilig at den ble vasket og at håndklær ble byttet midt i oppholdet. Det eneste problemet vi støtte på var at ingen taxisjåfører klarte å finne frem til Avenida los Guaires 630 (som er den riktige adressen). De fant frem ved å bruke denne adressen: Avenida los Guaires 46-48. Et lite tips til de som skal finne frem. Perfekt leilighet for et par!
