Absolutely awesome. It’s always nerve-wracking taking my RV to a technician. Finding a fellow veteran who is also so skilled, kind and surrounded by equally skilled humans is just such a bonus.
Just had some work done (furnace repairs) with Wanderer RV. From bullet to bang a pleasant experience. From Raj following up with my initial call to Carol at the front office to Clint coming onsite to do the work, everyone was professional while also being friendly and personable. They kept me as informed as possible given the potential for a range of problems; the solution landed on the upper end of what was predicted. The final bill reflected the work done (time and parts) and was aligned with RV repairs which in my experience are always considerably more than the same work done for anything in your home. I guess its a premium for working in cramped spaces.
All in all I'm satisfied and Wanderer RV are definitely my goto RV peeps at this point.
The whole team did an awesome job in repairing our RV and showed outstanding customer service throughout the whole process. Our RV broke (battery fell off the RV during driving) right at the beginning of our vacation and the team also spotted a leakage of the black tank. They repaired everything within a couple of hours, even after several discussions with the rv rental company to support us.

We are so grateful for the great service and the work we had done on our pop up camper at the beginning of the summer. We received such kind and thorough help with everything we needed. Raj and his team patiently took the time to explain everything and all of the work we had done was excellent.
During our recent RV trip from California to Vancouver Island, BC we had a leak in the hot water line under our kitchen sink. Eddie connected with Carol at Wanderer RV who made it possible for us to stop by enroute from Victoria to Cowichan Bay. Raj and Aaron took excellent care of us. We were on the road again (after breakfast at a very close by Tim Hortons) in less than 2 hours and for less than $200 CDN. We were very happy. We highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone was so helpful and personable. Eddie, Nancy and Timmy (our tripod Golden Retriever) happily give this business 5 stars!
I only write reviews when companies go well beyond expectation and Wanderer RV did just that! Our fridge died while on vacation on Vancouver Island this summer and Raj, Wes and team not only fit us in to get us back on the road quickly they went above and beyond in every aspect. They explained every detail of what happened with the fridge, how they carefully replaced it and spent a lot of time going over my entire RV with me. They even helped us out with a place to stay when a shipping issue happened (not their fault) and we had to stay an extra day. I couldn't say more about our experience. It was so exceptional we are coming back this week to have them do more work on our RV, and we live in the lower mainland!
Raj and the team saved our trip when we came into difficulty with the sink in our RV. They sorted the problem immediately when we were advised by another party that the work could not be completed for another 4 days. Raj and the team prioritised sorting our issue to ensure we got back on the road that day. We couldn't be more thankful and couldn't recommend Wanderer RV Ltd more. Great customer service, great quality of work and great individuals. Thanks again!

I needed a place to get our new-to-us tent trailer checked out & have tires installed before a trip and found Wanderer based on the positive reviews. Raj & team were great - very helpful from the time I booked the appointment. Everything went well and when I picked the unit up, Raj walked me through everything and we discussed a few things we might want to follow up with at the end of the season. Can’t give enough stars for these people. Had a malfunction with our trailer last year and got amazing service then. Was on our way to the island this year and had more issues. They went out of their way to try to help us but another mishap turned us around and we went home. Have never had better service from any company for anything!!! They are busy but will try their best to accommodate you.

Awesome family run local business. Good people. Very knowledgeable. I have a 7.5' x 14' utility trailer for construction. It needed a lot of work to be safe and road worthy. I came away feeling confided I'm good to go for years to come.
