This is an exceptional company for crawl space repairs. I've owned a number of properties that have required foundation repairs in crawl spaces and have built over 60 homes, all on piers. Walsh Crawl Space did fine work at competitive prices and on a timely basis. The best I've experienced. Joe Walsh did what he said they would do for the prices agreed upon and time frames estimated. Robert was the man in charge on site and was diligent, professional and went beyond the call of duty. Mary was proficient and thorough in all communications related to the work being done, answering questions I had and providing timely invoices and backup. I simply could not be happier or pleased with the results and price

These guys came immediately and helped us. Got an estimate and even pointed out an additional concern in the area we hadn't brought up. Joe and Corwin handled it great and Corwin walked us through the whole repair.

The team was great to work with. Joe was diligent with the initial inspection and gave multiple recommendations for what could be done. I was impressed with how much he cared about solving the issues correctly. The team who did the actual work, Robert and Corwin, were just as knowledgable and showed just as much care. They did exactly what was planned and even did some extra adjustments to make sure the final project was clean. I was really happy that the crew was just as professional as Joe.

I used Walsh over a year ago. They did a great job in the crawl space. They did a good amount of work and the price was very reasonable. They have been out two times to check and change filters in the new dehumidifier. Each time the filters have been pretty clean and it smells much better under the house, which tells me they did the job right. I would definitely recommend them.
