The worse tire and auto care place ever . Shop else where . For one we went to get a new tire put on and they scheduled us for 11 the next day . Get there and the individual who was working the counter had no customer service expertise and should not be allowed to deal with. Customers . Told us we were never put in the system. No apologies, no need to make the situation right . Never in my life have I experienced such low caliber customer service . Walmart do better . Hire people who actually like the public . No cus
Definitely the last time I will purchase tires from Walmart. They tout all these benefits of Walmart+, but there is no benefit if you can't get in to get your balance and rotation or even get a tire patched. I should have known there would be issues when I had so much trouble purchasing the tires in the first place.
No way to schedule balance and rotation at all online. They never answer their phone. I went to the service desk and was told that balance and rotations are done by walking in, so I walked in the a few weeks ago and was told that they couldn't help me because they had too many appointments. I asked to schedule an appointment and was told they don't schedule appointments for balance and rotation. Went in a few days ago and, surprise, they couldn't help me because they had too many appointments. They offered to schedule me this time for the next day, but I work every weekday, so I asked to be scheduled the next weekend and was told that they couldn't schedule that far ahead. So I go back in today and they couldn't help me because they had appointments and I was offered to be scheduled on Monday. I'm now overdue, unable to schedule because they won't answer their phone, and I have a tire that goes flat every 3 days because it has a nail in it and their is no way to force them to honor any of my warranties that they acted like were a good benefit when I signed up for Walmart+. Trust me, spend the extra money somewhere where they honor warranties and offer appropriate times for people who work weekday schedules.
I come here for all my oil changes and tire rotations. Service is affordable and fast as it normally done within an hour. Today when I brought it in, they had it completed in 40 minutes( I was a walkin) and had even went above and beyond to top off my tires with air (something I had needed to do but hadnt gotten to yet). The staff are always friendly and knowledgable and never try to upsell me on things I dont need. I 100% trust them with my car care needs and highly recommend.
Scheduled a tire installation at 9 am. Received a text when service began at 11. Car was ready at 11:45. I had requested a tire rotation as well which was an additional $23. At checkout I requested to have that taken off for my inconvenience of waiting. I requested to speak to a manager. The mechanic came back told me I had to pay so I didn’t speak to the manager. When I complained about my appointment being at 9 he said he couldn’t do anything. He stated they were understaffed and not his fault. I stated if that’s the case they shouldn’t accept appointments at that time if they know they’re gonna be behind. I was ignored and just told to pay. Would not recommend
