We went out on a sunny, windless day which aren’t ideal conditions for walleye fishing. Wade put us on fish the whole time! It was the best walleye fishing I’ve had both numbers and sizes, my sore arm can attest, and definitely recommend!!!

Went fishing with Wade this week and had the trip of a lifetime. Not only is Wade a great guy, but he’s quick to teach and give pointers that make you a better angler. I had never met Wade before, but the way we talked in the boat made it feel like I had known him for years. Can’t wait to get back on the water with him!

4-Hours w/Wade excellent start to finish. We initially were going to do Walleyes on Lake Superior until 20 MPH NW winds changed our plans. Wade quickly pivoted and we got into a whole bunch of crappies, a few bluegills and even boated a decent northern. Great day with Wade will be on Lake Superior with him next summer.

Walleye Wade was a great experience. We were easy going in where to go out of for the best fishing for the day. We went out of Superior. It was a gorgeous day and water was perfect. Wade had the best technology to find what we wanted. He was willing to move spots and change technique for the best catches. He really knew his stuff and was patient in teaching us all about the things to look for, the tide and how that correspons with the fish's behavior, bait, what techniques works for what type of fish. We had some great catches! He also fileted the fish perfectly including deboning.

Came to Duluth for a family reunion a little late in the season. Wade took us out to Fish Lake and after tracking down a school and figuring out what they were targeting on our group limited out on crappie in 90min. Don’t forget the few blue gill large mouths caught as well. Quick change over to trolling for walleye and while it slowed down as expected still managed to land a half dozen. Very knowledgeable on the area and the bodies of water he guides. Wade provided great explanations of how the electronics work as I’ve never used forward facing sonar before. His boat is tidy, spacious and very stable. Gear was in great condition and had plenty of tackle to keep up with whatever the fish fancied. Best part of day was he filleted all our catch! What took Wade 20 min would have taken our group over an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and if given the opportunity would love to go out earlier in the season with him again for a pure walleye trip!

Wade is a great fishing guide with a nice comfortable boat, top of the line electronics, and equipment. We trolled with six planar boards at once. We caught 20 walleyes but could only keep seven in the slot (15 to 20 inches with only one over 20 inches per person). Most of the fish were too big (one was 31.5" another 30.5" as well as several 28"). It was a great day! I wish we had fish like this in our lake in Texas. You can't do better than Wade!
