The absolute worst company. Run! If you buy the warranty the service tech charges $174.00 per hour.. my poor Dads 85 year old with a 4 year old furnace a full warranty and these folks have charged him one $2000.00 and climbing. It doesn’t stop.

Martin did a FANTASTUC job today. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots to think about. He gave us options and his educated opinion on what should and could be done. It is a lit to mull over and we'll be talking to him soon.

Great experience with Josh today. He was timely, professional and thorough. What he initially thought was going to be an expensive fix ended up being a simple settings issue and our house is nice and cool again. We appreciate Josh's honesty and will definitely be working with Total Comfort in the future.
