Wake Skincare is incredible, and Jackie is the best esthetician I have ever seen. I have done Morpheus8, Hydrafacial, and dermaplaning with her, and my skin has never looked this smooth, firm, or glowing. She creates a personalized treatment plan and makes the whole experience feel relaxing and fun. Jackie is so entertaining during treatment that I always leave with glowing skin and heart. If you are looking for the best med spa in the Raleigh or Wake Forest area, this is it. Jackie is truly amazing.

Jacquie is truly exceptional. As a man, skincare wasn’t something I traditionally prioritized or even considered. I visited her for a Hydrafacial, ear and nose waxing, a hydrating gel mask, and the experience was amazing. While I was initially apprehensive about her recommendations, Jacquie immediately put me at ease. I was shocked by the immediate improvement in the quality and appearance of my skin. Update for continued 2025/2026 services: Jackie is amazing. Professional and thorough. She will answer any questions had and adjusted service options due to medical restrictions. My skin continues to look amazing! My powder brow is holding up so well. All needed is waxing to clean them up, the ombre is beautiful and am very happy with my brows. My skin pen and biorepeel services end of 2025 left my skin refreshed and renewed. Any blemishes and uneven skin tone is being worked away. I look forward to continuing having Jackie keep my skin looking fantastic! I have purchased packages for discounts as I know I will be back. I work outdoors some days in sun and have lots of sunscreen, oil and dirt clogging up my skin, therefore facials and other services are a must for me! And I just love how my skin looks and feels afterwards. It a non-negotiable self-care. Great service! Jackie is very knowledgeable and shows lots of enthusiasm for ensuring you are educated in services offered needs, understanding your skin care goals, and providing options to meet. My face has been congested for many months after running out of skin care products, moving, and not giving proper attention to condition of my skin. Wake Skincare brought me back to life. Plus the henna brow and shape service is amazing. I've been overwaxed and stopped services so many times letting my brows grow and would pluck a little. After my wake skincare results, I'm comfortable letting someone touch my brows again.

My skin always looks healthy and beautiful after a hydra facial. I recommend it to my friends and relatives to take time to love the skin they are in and now I love my powder brows. Jackie recently performed a miracle on my brows. Several days after the procedure and a minor healing process. I have well defined brows that frame my face. This allows me to look natural yet dressed up and in turn wear less make-up resulting in a fresher looking face. I have had many, many people compliment me as they were quick to notice the improvement. I wish I had done this sooner. No regrets, no down time and gorgeous results.

Jacqueline was also extremely meticulous in mixing the right colors to match my complexion and hair. After the procedure, I received a cute bag of products to assist with my healing process, which she explained in detail so that I wouldn’t be surprised by anything.
