This was the best experience I’ve ever had in any Dr’s office. I was 30 minutes late due GPS sending me to the wrong address and they didn’t turn me away. My wait was maybe 5 minutes to see the doctor. Who was very patient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Her staff is as wonderful as she is.
Don’t go to the practice if you value your health. My husband was requested to return to the office to get a suspicious mole removed. MATHEIS REMOVED A MOLE FROM THE WRONG LEG! The paperwork they gave us said they cut the mole from left thigh when they took the mole from the right. Then they gave us pushback that they were not wrong before finally admitting they had made a mistake cutting the wrong leg/mole. AND they filed a claim to our insurance for removing the wrong mole.
Dr. and staff were very nice. I had a few biopsies done and was dismayed to find blood pooling on my sleeve several hours later. It took a while to get the bleeding to stop. I was not given any instructions or warned that this could happen. We also discussed vitamins that help the skin; that was very helpful, but the dr did not mention that niacin, which she recommended, is not only found in animal foods. I told her that i was vegan amd she mentioned supplements. I researched and learned that nutritional yeast is an excellent source.
All in all i like the practice. Went to another one for years and it is hard to switch but I will return.
