I used Virtuzone to set up my company recently and all in all I have been very pleased with the process.
Once I arrived in UAE it was pretty intense the first few days getting a mobile number, Medical, correct photo etc but all possible.
Virtuzone work with a different person in charge of each process which works well and you have one account manager helping you with the overall process.
Youssef Zaharna was great support from beginning to the end.
Aaqib Iqbal did an amazing job getting my UAE ID within 1 week and help with advise on mobile sim's and transport!
Raneen Faour sorted my VAT application within 48 hours.
Finally Akhila Mathew helped greatly getting my business and personal bank accounts set up within 48 hours and I'm just waiting on the debit cards now (3-5days).
Negatives would be a few extra costs plus taxi costs but this was peanuts compared to the overall fee so no problem.
They move fast to be prepared to hit the floor running but that was ok with me as I am only here for 2 weeks. Well done team Virtuzone!
