We had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. An employee named Kaden made both himself and the company sound incredible—promising the stars and the moon—but failed to follow through on anything he said. After making big commitments, he stopped returning our calls and texts altogether.
After several days of silence, we finally received a call from his boss, who admitted that Kaden had taken on more than he could handle and should never have made those promises in the first place, knowing the company couldn’t deliver.
Even after that, communication continued to be poor. More days passed with no updates, no accountability, and no effort to make things right. Instead, we received an email stating they were backing out of the offer and requesting our signature—completely unprofessional.
This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. Having to deal with this during such a difficult time—after the loss of my father and while trying to sell his home—made it even more frustrating and upsetting.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Josh made a very complex and scary process easy and very manageable! Jon (and his partner Drew) are absolutely phenomenal realtors and I could not recommend him enough, especially as a first time home buyer in an unfamiliar area to me. He provides excellent advice when asked and is a wealth of knowledge about the Tucson region- and on the very small chance he isn't familiar with a particular area he is fully transparent about it and then immediately goes to find answers for you. I took a leap of faith in hiring Jon to help me purchase a home in Tucson. I was very happy with his timely communication, and willingness to show us houses at a moment's notice. Do yourself a favor…. Do not and i repeat, do not have these guys buy your house cash… last year I had Jon Haas come out to my house to give me a cash offer in February. He came with his tablet and explained to me he would buy my house and that I would come out with 40k cash from the sale of the house. I trusted his “honest offer.” I was finally able to sign a contract with Mattamy homes to build my house. A few months down the road when I recieved the closing Letter from Mattamy Homes Jon said unfortunately after all was said and done they could only buy my house for a price that would only give me 15k out the door. That is 25k less than what he committed to back in February and less than what he committed to in front of the sales agent at Mattamy Homes. He then tells me “I can put your house up for sale this week and I can get you an offer next week.” I knew he was bamboozling me and that it all was a bunch of lies because my old house has been on the market with open door for 3 months now and it is still in the pending process . The worst part is from February 2025 to August 2025 I looked at the real estate market and voiced my concerns to Jon about whether I would still get 40k cash after the sale of my old house and if i should put my house up. For sale 3 months before closing on my new house. Jon kept saying in his text messages that I will be fine and that they should still be able to get me the 40k from the sale of my house. Please find a different cash home buyer. Honest offer is not who they say they are. I would give it zero stars if I could .
