Life saving action Prompt friendly service with life saving diagnosis and subsequent treatment I would like to extended my gratitude to Elanore who was the first Vet to examine my fur baby Evie. Her diagnosis and prompt treatment under the circumstances was life saving. My family cannot thank her enough. The following treatments and examination was performed by Matteo. Both Matteo and Elanore demonstrated compassion and care for Evie. They are great ambassadors for VSOS and a credit to the organisation. We would like to extended our thanks to the nursing staff who kindly sent a photo and some kind words via text after Evie 's procedure. It was reassuring considering the possible outcomes. Very Relieved and Happy Pawrent You took amazing care of my dog and she is alive and living her best life thanks to you. She wouldn't have survived without you and I can't thank you enough. Jack the Vet. He was great, very clear and initially took the time to make sure we understood what we had been told over the weekend before he took over Scout's care. After then he was really clear, clearly explained every step plus clearly answered all of our questions. Nurse Deb was amazing. She couldn't do enough to accommodate us and was so dedicated to Scout. She took time to get to know her and understood her likes and dislikes and worked with her to make her feel her most confident. She is a true animal lover and a wonderful nurse. The amazing talent, skills, expertise and knowledge of all your staff made my girl survive and got her back home

Amazing Care I cannot recommend VSOS highly enough. The Vets and Nurses see you very quickly to settle any nerves and you know your fur baby is in the best hands and will be looked after with the best care. Thank you VSOS I felt confident that my dog had the best specialist care at VSOS. All of the vets and vet nurses were very kind and caring and were great with explaining everything to me about the surgery and post operative care. It was comforting knowing that my dog could be monitored overnight as well. Doctor Rachel Basa, Vet Nurse Jess and Surgical Coordinator Nicole Kingston were all very helpful, friendly, and responsive and helped to put me at ease that my dog was in the best hands possible. Great veterinary experience Service was friendly and quick. We were seen by a very friendly and informative vet nurse and then after a short wait, saw the vet. He was friendly and informative too. The follow up after our visit has been attentive, which is reassuring. Both the vet nurse and vet I saw were fantastic. The fact that they understood my concerns and were empathetic.

A great veterinary service and professional staff. The staff are professional, reliable, empathetic, understanding and able to give precise answers to all our questions. And they are on time! Timeliness doesn't seem important but with a sick dog and people coming and going from the reception it means a lot to us. They've all been great but Nurse Taylor has always been there. We like the consistency and familiarity of the same person. We have a journey to go yet with our dog and hope to see her each time. Doctor Amy has been amazing, very calm and explained everything fully and very understanding as I'm sure she has heard our type of questions many times through her career.
