They removed the old vinyl flooring and installed new kitchen tiles, granite counter tops, cabinets and cupboards for a good price in a short amount of time. Would recommend!

I hired VSA Construction for a full kitchen remodel including vinyl plank floor, shaker-style cabinets and island, quarts counters, sink, hood, and new electrical outlets in the island. Despite initially promising work, our experience with VSA soured due to scheduling delays, poor communication, and essential electrical work discovered incomplete after final payment was made. I decided to write this balanced review to share my experience as constructive feedback.
Budget Management: 4/5 Stars
Less than 5% increase in quote vs final cost.
Schedule Management: 1/5 Stars
Project lasted 7 weeks instead of the 2-3 estimated. No overall project schedule was given to set expectations and there were several no-show days during this period.
Project Management: 2/5 Stars
Things didn't happen when or how they were communicated to me. I felt I had to reach out often to track things down and understand where things were at with samples, timeline, etc., especially when the schedule started running longer.
Quality: 3/5 Stars
Overall quality was okay. There was room for improvement especially with painting and floor prep/installation.
Amazing work. Very professional. Always made sure we knew what was going on. If we had anything that needed attention it was done right away. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I would highly recommend them and if we ever need work done again we will contact them. Thank you Stevan and your crew for making our basement look exactly how we asked!!!
Steven and VSA did a great job on my kitchen remodel and new flooring throughout my whole house. They provided great value on my quote and dealt with lead time issues (from the suppliers of materials that I purchased and supplied on my own, no fault of VSA) seamlessly. Steven was fair and honest throughout the whole process and I could not recommend VSA more.
I highly recommend VSA construction . You cannot find a better individual to work with than Steven with VSA construction From the first meeting, I could tell steven was very knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy to deal with. There are always going to be ups and downs on a project. The nice thing about Steven is he will work with you and bend over backwards to make sure your project comes out to your liking. He also is flexible in allowing you to pick up items yourself or he will order for you while always being conscious about keeping you in budget. The job did run a little over the time estimate to complete. As long as you stay patient you will not be disappointed.

We got our basement remodeled in less than 3 weeks. Just amazing work. We will be using Steve and his team again for our kitchen in the near future!
