I had such a wonderful experience with Kejah James at VRAI. I came into the showroom with a general idea of what I thought I wanted, and Kejah spent so much time with me looking at different shapes, sizes, proportions, settings, and bands. She answered what felt like a million questions in person and then continued helping me by email and text afterward.
What impressed me most was that I never once felt like she was trying to sell me the most expensive option. In fact, she did the opposite. She paid attention to what I actually liked and wanted, even when that meant I was gravitating toward a smaller-carat diamond than I originally expected. She could very easily have steered me toward larger and more expensive stones, but instead she helped me figure out what looked and felt right to me.
I ended up choosing a diamond I absolutely fell in love with and a setting and wedding band that feel completely personal to me. Kejah remembered the little details of what I liked, gave thoughtful opinions when I asked for them, and helped with all of the custom details without ever being pushy. She was patient, knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely lovely to work with from beginning to end.
This was my first time visiting a VRAI showroom after having purchased from VRAI online in the past, and Kejah made the in-person experience completely worth it. I honestly don’t think I would have chosen the same diamond shopping online—and I’m so glad I didn’t. I cannot recommend Kejah enough. She is awesome at what she does, and VRAI is very lucky to have her. ❤️

We talked about her for the next 48 hours because of how great our experience was. Koi was very helpful during my appointment, but I was disappointed that several of the styles I was hoping to see were not there. I made this appointment so I didn’t have to rely on the website, but I left still having to rely on the website.
