Never showed up to the appointment TWICE in a row I contacted them on Yelp for an electrical problem and they told me they'll come over for a free quote. They gave me a two hour window. The day of the appointment, they message me that they're in their way. Then the two hour window goes by and they're not here. I contact them and they tell me they have to reschedule and they assure me that they put me on the calendar for the following day, same two hour window. The next day comes by and the two hour window rolls by and I never hear back from them. At this point they wasted 4 hours of my life. They're completely flaky and unprofessional.

We sincerely apologize for the experience you had with our company. You gave us not one, but two opportunities to show up for your scheduled appointment, and we failed you both times. There is no excuse for that.

We understand that your time is valuable. After we provided you with a two hour appointment window and told you we were on the way, you had every reason to expect us to arrive. When we were unable to make the first appointment, we should have communicated with you much sooner. We then assured you that you were on the schedule for the following day, and failing to show up or even contact you the second time made an already frustrating situation significantly worse.

You set aside four hours of your time based on commitments we made to you, and we did not honor those commitments. We completely understand why you would describe that experience as flaky and unprofessional. That is not the level of service or communication we want associated with our company, and we take full responsibility for dropping the ball.

We also appreciate you taking the time to leave this review, even though it is difficult for us to read. Feedback like this makes it clear where we failed and where we need to improve. We are addressing this with our team and reviewing how appointments, scheduling, and customer communication are handled so that another customer does not have the same experience.

We know an apology cannot give you back the time you lost, but we are genuinely sorry for wasting your time and for the frustration and inconvenience we caused. If you are willing to give us the opportunity, we would appreciate the chance to speak with you directly, learn more about what happened on our end, and do what we can to make this right. We should have done better, and we are sorry that we let you down.

Thoroughly impressed with the communication, efficiency and knowledge by the team at VP. Mike was able to accommodate me before the 4th of July holiday after my panel was overheating. He got me inspected and had scheduled right after the holiday for a panel replacement. Mason and Aydin were punctual, explained everything and even finished the replacement earlier than expected. They even tested and labeled the new breakers and walked me through everything that was installed and kept the area very clean. Lastly Mike came through for the permit inspection and handled everything without any issues. From start to finish, it was a seamless and painless process for what was a stressful repair. I would recommend VP to anyone that needs to upgrade their electric panel and have already shared their info with my community.

First time using VP Services and we'll definitely be calling them again. We originally just had them out for a tripped breaker (they came out and gave us a free quote), but when they opened things up they found our panel was badly corroded. Rather than patch the problem, we decided to go ahead and replace the whole panel. We also had them install a new light fixture and swap out the GFCI outlets in the kitchen. They took care of everything, including pulling the permit and dealing with the county inspection, so we didn't have to chase any of that down ourselves. Mason and Aydin knocked the whole thing out in a single day. Great work, very clean and no shortcuts. The before-and-after photos really show the difference. They explained what's new and updated like the new grounding rods, and main shut-off unit, and cleaned up before they left. If you want honest, quality electrical work, these are your guys.
