Had a second quote to fix the issue.. you come in at $4000 I just had the repair done for $600. Why? I can’t explain that difference.
Great response and service I give you that. but if you can’t be trusted. Multiple quotes people.

Our quote was for a full replacement of the in-wall mixer. That meant cutting and removing tiles, exposing the mixer and pipework, and replacing the mixer body. It also included new sections of hot and cold water service with new fittings, followed by a pressure test, new trim and handle, and restoration of the work area. This includes full waterproofing and re-tiling. That's a significant job involving opening the wall.
A $600 repair would be a different scope. It just isn't the same work, so the two prices can't be compared directly.
We always encourage multiple quotes. Just make sure each one is quoting the same scope of work. If the issue returns, we're happy to come back and talk it through.
