On the latter, it turned out that if the dealers I'd used before had cleaned the Haldex pump as part of the routine Haldex service (as Eben does), this wouldn't have been a problem in the first place.

Mechanic of Choice
We discovered Vorsprung purely by chance, when we were looking for Euro Specialist to diagnose an issue with our Passat.
After a short methodical process Eben had diagnosed a blown turbo and we were ordering parts to do the repair.
Since then we have entrusted all servicing and repairs of our 3 Euro cars and couldn't be happier with the level ofservice and expertise.

Eben was super helpful start to finish. He listened to my concerns, assessed them during the service and feedback all the details with pictures to show the evidence.
We sat down for a few minutes running through everything he did and what we need to keep an eye out for on the next service!
It was a shame to loose Lee from Eurospec but Eben has definitely stepped up and will be a good replacement.

Eben goes above and beyond servicing our courier vehicles every time! Super pleased with his workmanship ad prices - he also explains his work in a way that makes sense to a regular person, not 'mechanic chat' and shows the old/worn parts he has replaced. Not to mention he calls to let you know the prices BEFORE he does the work. Oh and to top it off, he is one of the nicest people you could meet! Highly recommend Vorsprung!

I visited to have a fault diagnosed and repaired, but the issue turned out to be more complex than expected. I was advised to follow up with the main dealer, and despite the time spent investigating, I wasn’t charged at all. Truly appreciated the honesty and professionalism.

Absolutely phenomenal experience from Eben at Vorsprung Automobil.
I visited Eben at Vorsprung Automobil to have my rear brake pads/rotors replaced. Eben was incredibly communicative and professional, and took the time to explain the works done on my vehicle done to myself, while also showing me the old/replaced parts and their condition.
Eben's work was also completed in an incredibly timely manner, whilst still being very competitively priced.
I would highly recommend Vorsprung Automobil, and will definitely return for other needs in future.

Excellent customer service, must say the owner went above and beyond to get my car sorted and roadworthy again, I received regular updates regarding repairs and the workmanship is the best I've seen by far, the staff are well experienced and qualified to ensure no come backs.
