My 2019 Prius’ 12V battery died, I called them and got it replaced the next morning. Everyone I talked to was very knowledgeable, polite, transparent, and didn’t talk down to me. It was $385 including them coming onsite to replace it (shortest travel distance). My car starts again! Would recommend.

The battery on our 2012 Toyota Camry hybrid died suddenly. The dealer wanted more than $6000 to replace. This is more than the car is worth. We got a three year warranty on a rehab battery from this place and it was a perfect transaction. They came to our home, arrived as scheduled, and it was absolutely painless. So thanks for removing one more stress for my life. Highly recommend
Bruce and John are awesome! I have a 2010 lexus hs250 h and the check hybrid system warning light came on. These guys were so honest that I decided to just trade it in. They could have charged me for a new hybrid system which isn't bad the battery for a fraction of the cost of a new one. I was going to do it but there are other things wrong with the vehicle and just not worth all the repairs with 300,000 miles on it. As it turns out, VOLTS also repairs non-battery issues, and they did a great job on my old first-gen Prius. Had to replace the water pump for the inverter, and they were able to procure the part which is not an easy find anymore nowadays. I appreciated receiving an accurate and itemized quote, without any funny add-ons, and that my final bill was not a cent more. Definitely can recommend this business and will return here if need be.
John at Voltz was the best from start to finish. 2012 camry hybrid 62k miles. Performed battery reconditioning. Was getting about 25 mpg with hybrid battery cycling every 30 minutes between full capacity and empty. After reconditioning, get about 40 mpg and an hour between full capacity and empty. John and Bogdan were very transparent and provided detailed information on findings/reports as well as suggested changes to extend hybrid battery life. Would recommend these guys to anyone I care about. Will be coming back if need be. 10000/10

They do analysis first and give you options for your car service needs. They will tell you what to expect with the service that is being suggested as well. I really thought my battery was going out just before I came in. In my case I went with a part being maintenanced and the hybrid battery being replaced. They definitely said I could not have replaced it. Reasonable pricing I felt and they were accommodating time wise.
We talked about future non-hybrid parts like spark plug service (they do regular service too) to keep my high mileage car going.

Replaced my 2008 Toyota Prius battery with a great price and warranty. The car has been running smoothly since battery replacement about 3 months ago and has a 2 year or 60k miles warranty.

The exemplification of honest mechanics.
I brought my Prius to have the battery replaced and later to diagnose error codes (unrelated to the hybrid battery).
Both times my experience has been very good. Bogdan and the other workers there are incredibly knowledgeable about Priuses (Bogdan has a PhD!).
I'm incredibly lucky to have found this place and highly recommend anyone with Prius issues to go here.
