I have a serious complaint regarding the hospital staff, especially about Christy sister’s behavior. During my admission, I did not receive proper care on time. Even after calling her 2–3 times, she would come only once, and instead of helping properly, she would say, “there are other patients too,” as if my care was not important.
A nurse’s responsibility is not just to show up, but to provide timely and attentive care. Unfortunately, Christy sister’s attitude was highly unprofessional. She seemed more focused on going to the in-charge and complaining about other staff members rather than actually taking care of patients.
What is even more disappointing is that the rest of the staff is caring and supportive, which clearly shows that the issue is with her individual behavior, not the hospital as a whole. Staff like Christy sister can damage the reputation of an otherwise good hospital.
I strongly urge the management to take this matter seriously and take strict action, because compromising patient care is completely unacceptable.
Great experience at this hospital. I’m a Colombian, and as a foreign patient in India I really appreciated how kind and professional everyone was. The doctors and staff were very supportive and made me feel comfortable during a stressful moment & disease while traveling.
They explained everything clearly and took the time to make sure I understood the tests and treatment. That meant a lot since I’m rally far, They made me feel at home.
Really grateful for the care I received here. Definitely recommend this hospital in Delhi, especially for international travelers.
I went for a neck and shoulder pain to Dr. Abhishek Mishra and my experience has been horrible. He didn't even look at me when diagnosing my condition and there was another random man in the room which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. He kept constantly answering his phone and felt he was more of a property dealer than a doctor. They charged me 2100 for the appointment and 1000 for the xray and I truly feel that a better consultation could be done at a local clinic than here.
I recently underwent surgery at this hospital. It was my first day post-surgery and I felt slightly uncomfortable, which is normal, but overall my experience has been very positive. The staff is polite, caring, and always ready to help. The food and cleanliness are also good. Dr. Vineet Malhotra is very professional and explained everything clearly, which made me feel confident and safe. I truly appreciate the care provided and would recommend this hospital to others.
I had an urgent blood transfusion and consultation at VNA Hospital due to a fall in Haemoglobin. From the moment I registered as a patient, the amazingly warm and professional staff and nurses took me to a very comfortable, well designed patient room. The first thing that struck me was the high cleanliness levels which are missing in even larger hospitals. The procedure was handled very well. In large hospitals, the staff is overworked and even inserting a canola is done hurriedly. At VNA, the senior nurse inserted the canola without pain and Dr. Pooja Malhotra and Dr. Vineet Malhotra both came and spent quality time to check on my wellbeing.
I think we need more hospitals like VNA Hospital. The nursing staff and doctors give you proper attention and time.
VNA Hospital maintains a high standard of cleanliness across wards and common areas, creating a hygienic and reassuring environment for patients. The food services are timely, well-prepared, and nutritionally appropriate, reflecting attention to patient care and recovery. Overall, the hospital demonstrates commendable focus on hygiene and basic patient comfort.
I went in for prostate HOLEP surgery. Had a wonderful experience both with Dr Malhotra and his entire tem. Fully satisfied with the experience. Chetna from the kitchen exempifies service with smile 😁
