Highly recommend!! Victor was wonderful to work with. I had several mice over a 3 day period and he had his team here within 40 minutes of my call. They uncovered a larger issue than what I anticipated and were extremely diligent in fixing any holes behind my kitchen appliances and counter. So happy to have found this team!
Avoid!! Came to our apartment yesterday. Told us the problem was a spot under a cabinet in one room and to fix we’d need a contractor (to be clear, we had already knew this could have been a source as we had showed the spot to them). So after he left, we sealed the room off fully before bed.
Saw the mouse again, not in that room.
They gave us about $20 worth of traps w bait and said good luck. None of them caught the mouse (it was running everywhere at 3am). $325 for “this is your problem, good luck” is an absolute waste of time and money.
Also, they moved all our appliances and we had to spend an hour fixing the fridge and dishwasher because it was completely repositioned incorrectly.
Great communication, answered the moment I called about suspension of mice (hearing sounds in walls) they patched up an holes and looked all around the house & put down traps . Each time they were going into a new room or closet they explained any issue they may have found + what they were doing to solve it . Definitely would recommend this company

VJ PEST MGMT. had zero interest in offering help, support, responsiveness, compassion, let alone resolve. And suffice to say the individual denied all alleged charges to the police. BEWARE!!

These guys are the best, incredibly professional, respectful and kind. It has been about two months since I have not seen a single roach or mouse in my place. I called at midnight and they came in less than 30 minutes AND took care of everything quickly. I would call them again!
I really can't say enough about the excellent service I received from VJ exterminators.The technician Mike was very kind and thorough. After my building continued to drop the ball on getting an exterminator in and I only kept seeing more bugs, I finally went ahead and hired a local exterminator and I'm so glad I did. I already feel much better. Absolutely worth the piece of mind knowing the holes behind my appliances are actually properly sealed now and the source of the problem as been treated. Would recommend them to anyone.
These guys were absolutely amazing. Last night I could not sleep hearing a mice in my room running around which made me paranoid all night. I found them on Google in the middle of the night and called these guys 6AM in the morning and they showed up 2 hours later taking out the mice plus doing a whole sweep around the house leaving traps and covering up any potential holes either in the stove, bathroom and radiator. They are amazing and they are 24/7 I would 100% recommend them.
I cannot thank VJ's enough! We saw a mouse in our apartment, called them and they were over within a half hour. Our exterminator went the extra mile to make sure all of our holes were filled and that our mouse problem would be a thing of the past. Thank you!!!
Amazing response time, saw a mouse on my bed at 1am and Victor came less than an hour later. He was very thorough, killed the mouse, and sealed up entry points. Highly recommend for anyone seeking emergency pest control.
