I had a great experience with Vito. We had just bought a new house with a pool and I knew nothing about pools. The weather turned freezing and the pool pump wasn’t coming on automatically. I called Vito late at night. I wasn’t a customer, but he helped me anyway and gave me clear direction to get the pump kicked on. We were so relieved. Really Appreciate him taking the time to help us out and his ability to quickly identify the problem and tell us what to do.

Very happy with Vito's Pool Service for upgrading our salt system. From the initial consultation with Vito himself to the installation by Alan, everyone was top-notch. Vito took his time to explain the best option for us, clearly explained the best option, the process and the benefits. The installation was seamless. They left the pool pump area clean and even replaced a gauge for us, for free!! The price was great compared to other companies that didnt offer options at all. The new system will improve our pool experience—now everything can be monitored from an app on our phones. We highly recommend working with Vito and team. Thank you for the outstanding service

It seems responsive professionals that want to do the work reasonably,transparently and timely, are almost impossible to find . That's why I stuck with a nationally known pool company for too long . No longer. Vito answers and returns calls promptly, with productive discussion. His service team shows up in a timely manner, diagnosing and repairing the issues. In my case it was a hot tub furnace issue from last year and a brand new problem yesterday, of a failed filter housing. In just 24 hours from my call...completed repair. In addition, there were a couple of other hidden issues waiting to raise their heads. Allen brought these to my attention and I could see they were legit. I highly recommend Vitos Pool Service. Vito's Pool Service is the best! They provide weekly cleaning service of my pool and always do a excellent, very thorough job. Recently, my pool filter failed. I talked to Vito, and he had a replacement filter unit at my property and installed the same day. The service technicians are always very professional. Vito's pool service is always honest and fair. I would eagerly recommend them to anyone needing regular pool service or emergency repairs.

I have had an ongoing valve issue since we owned this pool. It finally came to the point where it needed to be replaced. Due to the configuration, additional valves needed to be replaced. Vito came highly recommended by our neighbor. I contacted him, and he and his team responded immediately. They did a fantastic job replacing the valves with new plumbing. I would not hesitate to use him again

Vito’s pool service was great to work with. Our booster pump for our Polaris cleaning robot broke over the weekend and I contacted Vito on Monday. He is very responsive and sent out his technician, Alan, on Tuesday with a replacement pump. Alan did a great job installing the new booster pump and by Tuesday noon everything was working. Price and labor was transparent and fair, easy to pay the invoice online as well. Great service, highly recommend!

Excellent service. My pool heater was not working. I tried to resolve it myself without success. Vito walked me through several steps on the phone to help me try to fix it myself - to save me time and money. When it was clear that this was not going to be a simple fix, Vito came to check it out. He showed and explained what was wrong (damaged heat exchanger), and what probably caused the problem (a faulty check valve in the plumbing was allowing heavily-chlorinated water into the heat exchanger), and what it would cost to fix (new heater unfortunately). Vito and Alan got the new heater installed a couple of days later, put in a new (better) chlorinator and a new check valve, cleaned up some unrelated minor leaks, and cleaned up some of the messy plumbing I had - to make my whole system more efficient. Tremendous service.

If you’re looking for honest people that know what they are doing, use Vito’s Pool Service! I’ve used Vito’s Pool Service a few times now to replace my pool mastic and computer. Both times the work was done on time and on budget. The pool computer required total rewiring which took some extra work, but Alan was all over it! System turned on like clockwork today and I couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!

Having been through multiple pool services for a variety of issues all the way from laziness to incompetence I can promise you that Vito’s is the single best pool company in the area. If you’re like me and you dig through reviews to try and get a gauge on companies, you can stop right here and just call Vito to sign up. Pricing is great, he doesn’t charge diagnostic fees to come look at issues, doesn’t gouge you when things need to be repaired, and they actually know how to take care of a pool.
