build quality is excellent throughout. The price was also very competitive compared to traditional builders,
especially given the high-end finish. We would absolutely recommend Vita Modular.
Vita recently completed a kitchen extension for us. The process was fantastic from start to finish; they put us in touch with a great architect, helped through the planning process and it wasn't long until the work started. The fact it was prefabricated meant the job was completed significantly quicker than a traditional build and with less mess. We have also been pleased with the quality of the finishes, such as the doors, glazing and flexibility to make the design our own, such as the cladding options. Highly recommended
Whilst the model of the build is very nice & well designed, I had a number of issues working with Vita Modular. The team don't have any project managers and it is very disjointed, you have no idea who is turning up when, what they are doing and how will be delivered. They used outside contractors, so on a number of occasions I had to raise issues with the quality of the work. What I brought as a 3 week turn around from start to finish turned into 5+ Weeks.
The room itself is very well insulated & structure is good (apart from some bad finishes by the trades people). But I still don't have a key to open one of the doors after asking 3 weeks ago.
Honestly I am happy with the room, but if I could do it again I'd not chose to use them as I could have done it cheaper with a builder, I would have had less issues around how the finish looked & better responses.
We bought our house with the intention of adding on a kitchen/diner but with a limited budget and changes in the building industry, that started to feel unachievable.
Vita Modular have helped to make that dream possible in just a few months. They worked with us early on to establish what they could offer with the budget that we had, and they have stuck to that. We now have a lovely, light filled kitchen and a new, spacious entrance hall which we are very pleased with.
You hear stories all the time of unreliable, cowboy builders. Vita stand for something different and we're very glad that we put our trust in them.

Delighted with our extension! We wanted to move our utility room so that we could open the back of the house to the garden, and were let down by an architect and numerous traditional builders (frankly we think our project was just too "small" to keep their interest) . Subsequently we started searching for alternative methods and modular builds, and feel like we struck gold with Vita Modular. The team remained enthusiastic from start to finish, and worked with us creatively to make the build happen on a tight budget. The budget was meticulously calculated and kept track of, so that once we started we knew exactly where we stood with costs. We're still amazed how quickly the extension went up! As a bonus, without the need for concrete lorries and brick deliveries, the restricted access to the back of our house was never an issue. The team helped us with the structural changes required in the existing rooms and installed a new large picture window and sliding doors that open onto the garden (beautiful quality aluminium frame double glazing). The extension has made a huge difference to our enjoyment of the house and garden. Our only regret is that we didn't find Vita Modular sooner.
We selected Vita Modular after spending quite a lot of time researching the market because we believed they offered the best value for money, with an innovative construction technique, a stylish design, and an excellent choice of materials. Our experience made us even happier that we had chosen them. Everything was handled with the utmost professionalism, with all of our (often detailed) questions answered quickly and politely. The team that came to install the building worked really hard and were very respectful of our property, taking great care over even the smallest things. Everything was completed on time, with minimum fuss to us. The final building is everything we had hoped for, and already being used a lot. Highly recommended.
