I had a very disappointing experience with Vista Blinds in Northern Ireland. During the installation of bloc blinds, the team took incorrect measurements, which resulted in significant damage to the property side of my window wall. The error meant that the area required extensive repair work, which I now have to undertake at my own expense.
Despite the clear mistake on their part, Vista Blinds did not take responsibility for the damage or offer any support for the necessary repairs. This lack of accountability and poor aftercare is unacceptable, especially for a company with such a long-standing reputation. The installation process was far from professional, and I would not recommend their service to anyone who values reliability and quality workmanship.
If you are considering Vista Blinds, be aware that their measurement and installation standards may not be as reliable as their marketing suggests, and you could be left to deal with costly repairs if something goes wrong.

For context and clarity, we supplied and installed a full house of 11 blinds, with one blind presenting an issue. This was an honest mistake and was rectified as soon as we possibly could.
The damage to the plaster, in our opinion, is minor and can be rectified with a small amount of filler and paint.
It is also not correct to suggest that the repair is at your own expense, as a further discount was provided specifically as compensation for this inconvenience, which was accepted by yourself.
Your quotation was already highly competitive, and the additional discount reflected our commitment to fairness and customer satisfaction.
We remain available to discuss this matter directly should you wish to do so.

Couldn’t recommend vista enough. I got solid wooden blinds from them 10 years ago and they’re still like new. This month I got blinds for an en-suite, a main bathroom and the glass panels at the side of my front door. Friendly service. Great prices and super install. Easiest recommendation ever.
WHAT A FIND
I have used Vista Blinds Carrickfergus in the past to have Venetian blinds fitted we were totally happy with the whole experience from Claire coming to measure and quote to Adam fitting, with this in mind there was nowhere else we would go to have some new roller blinds fitted and Claire guided me in the type of blind needed for a velux as I had no experience of them, I changed my mind a few times with colours but Claire was so patient and helpful, Adam arrived today and fitted our lovely blinds in no time and we are very happy with them and this company.

Great company to deal with and took time to ensure our needs were fully met. Price was great and the quality of the product and the workmanship is excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Vista Blinds to others.

Such a great experience with Vista Blinds. Claire was out to my house promptly for a consultation where she provided a great range of options and advice.
