I have used Visitor Insurance Services of America three times in the past 5 or 6 years to purchase Medical Insurance for my parents or parents in law visiting the US from India. I truly like it that I can call their phone number and speak to a real person right away. In each case the person answering the phone has been extremely helpful, knowledgeable of the products they sell and given me good, sound advice. In my case, the Atlas Travler insurance ended up being most appropriate - the Insurance ID Cards have the United Health Care logo on them (peace of minde) and acute onset of pre-existing conditions is covered. The right insurance product may be different for you, but the VISOA staff will definitely guide you to the best product for you.
