I recently switched eyecare providers and moved to VisionQuest. I can't begin to explain how happy I am to have found these guys. From my first appointment, they were very professional and explained everything each step of the way. Even more impressive was the fact that my time in the waiting room was just a couple of minutes. One of the reasons I left my last provider was the long wait times to get my exam. Once I was there for nearly six hours! My exam at VQ revealed that I needed to finally get a real set of glasses, not the Walmart $2 specials. I received my glasses about a week later and there was a minor issue with them, but rather than convincing me that the glasses were fine and I just needed to get used to them, the lady who helped me simply asked some questions to make sure she understood what was wrong with the glasses and took detailed notes. She took the glasses back, shipped them off and I got another (or fixed) pair a week later. These were perfect. In fact, from the first day of wearing them I had already forgotten they were on my face as I could see everything clearly with no issues. If you are looking for a professional eyecare provider, VisionQuest is the best choice possible. Jim M.

I was referred here. This place displays impeccable customer service when you come through the door until you are out the door. They use high tech equipment and the building is absolutely beautiful. Dr. Rankin is a very sweet lady and extremely knowledgeable.

I  recently took our daughter in for her yearly eye exam, and it turned out to be one of the most important appointments we've made. During the exam, Dr. Hess discovered that she has astigmatism in both eyes and would benefit from wearing glasses. I had no idea she was having difficulty seeing clearly, so I’m very thankful this was caught before she starts kindergarten in August. Having the proper glasses will help set her up for success in the classroom, with learning, reading, and all the exciting experiences that come with starting school. Dr. Hess was incredibly thorough throughout the entire exam. She took the time to carefully evaluate my daughter’s vision, explain the results, and answer all of our questions. Her calm, friendly demeanor immediately put my daughter at ease, making the experience positive and stress-free. Would highly recommend Dr. Hess and encourage parents not to skip those yearly eye exams!

Truly an amazing experience, especially for my first time needing glasses. Dr. Winters was just incredible. She listens, is thorough, super smart, and cares a lot. I would definitely recommend her! Then Jen and Claire helped me find the perfect frames for my first pair of glasses! 🤓 There were a lot of options and it was overwhelming, but these wonderful ladies helped me SOOO much. They were super helpful, sweet, and honest. Absolutely a wonderful experience this morning.

Dr. Rush did something no other doctor could do. I am seeing the best I have in ten years. I am a recipient of four full invasive cornea transplants; and two cataract surgeries (due to keratoconus). I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Rush. He was very patient with me; and worked diligently to where I can see 20/20 in one eye, and 20/40 in the other. And, he predicted that he could achieve that before sclera contacts—and he did! His office staff is patient oriented, also. Darlenys waited on me hand and foot. She instructed me how to clean and sanitize my eyeglasses. After seeing her only once, the next time she greeted me by name and had me checked in before I sat down. They answered all my questions. Could not be happier.

We had the best time ever 🙌🏽.The staff at the front desk were welcoming, helpful, and the fountain behind the desk was a great distraction for my kiddo while checking in! The staff helped explain the processes and when finished with the exam, we were able to pick out fun 🤩 frames any kid would be happy to sport around! I signed up my son for his appointment and can’t wait to get the rest of the family in!

I returned my prescription sunglasses on April 17th, and as of May 7th I still have not received my refund check for $590. I’ve had to reach out multiples times to follow up, which has been extremely frustrating. As a patient, I did my part promptly and should not have to repeatedly chase the office to ensure the refund is processed. As a former employee who is now a patient, it’s disappointing to feel like I’m not being treated fairly. Update: I finally received my refund BUT only after repeatedly reaching out and holding the office accountable myself. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager’s priority was asking me to update my review to protect their reputation. As a former employee, this is incredibly disappointing and speaks volumes about how patients are treated. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I will be taking my business elsewhere and strongly recommend others consider doing the same.

The staff checking me in were friendly and efficient, it was the assistant manager, I believe her name was Ashley. The techs doing all the tests are also efficient and they listen. Dr. Hess is outstanding, I’ve never been to her and came here with needing an eye exam and new prescription after having cataract surgery. She really listened to my concerns I had and offered several solutions. I could tell she really cared. The only downside for me was the cost of new frames and lenses there with having insurance. So I just went somewhere else for that, which was in my budget.
