We moved to the area about 5 months ago our house needed a new boiler and we had water leaks everywhere, Karl came and sorted every thing, really top guy can't say just how much he's helped us ,if you need a plumber or gas safety job I would definitely recommend you get in touch with him ,he's friendly and nothing is too much trouble for him.
When I needed an emergency plumber on a very cold Friday evening due to a leak on the boiler I contacted Karl. He diagnosed the issue quickly through a video call and came to fix within an hour. Even though it was an emergency call out his rates were really reasonable.
Since then he has resolved a second problem, again a quick video call to diagnose the issue to speed up the repair.
Karl is really responsive, turns up when he says he will and explains everything to you.

KB is the best! we recently had a home emergency at night with our boiler and KB arrived at our property within the hour of contacting him. KB quickly resolved the issue and before we knew our heating was back on. KB also did the plumbing for our bathroom renovation and he did a sterling job. I can also recommend KB for annual boiler servicing too. You’re honestly in the best hands with KB.
I rang up Karl today and even though he was busy he said he’d come to sort out our problem as we had a leak under the sink true to his word he’s just been sorted out our leak and he’ll definitely not rip you off I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who needs a plumber

Karl replaced our very old boiler with a new combi and replaced the radiators. He also removed an en-suite bathroom for us. He is very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. We now have a much more efficient heating system. Highly likely we will use Karl again for our future plumbing needs.
