Stolen my money lied to me on several occasions if you can actually speak to a real person in a chat box they will lie and contradict what other staff members say. 4.5 hours on support to get nowhere. Can’t speak to people on the phone they don’t allow it. They take money out your bank account and it just disappears then they try to blame you or your bank. Avoid, avoid avoid!

Here their response: "Please be advised that we have now discontinued all services to accounts that no longer meet our updated requirements, and since your account did not hold more than a $5 balance, it has been closed". In last 1 year if coins on my wallet made 500×? How can you take customers balance, this means stealing customers monet. You are a shame of crypto currencies. I will send a mail to SEC about you.
