☺ Private parking, the owner agreed to cancel the reservation after first night without any fee.
☹ It was very difficult to find the place, no elevator, no air codition, the heat (in the summer) was working, lots of mosquitoes and flies, no curtains,very small rooms, the beds are inconvenient, the bathroom is small, the children's room entrance is through the parents' room and no privacy.

2.We didn't specify in advance that we have air conditioning, so you don't need to worry about this aspect. I understand that this wasn't an included service, and your expectation in this regard wasn't justified.
3.We take pride in offering a 2D rendering of our apartment to allow you to visualize its layout in advance. We strive to be transparent and provide a clear and informative experience for our customers.
4.Furthermore, I'd like to mention that we made every effort to ensure your comfort during your stay. At 8 PM, we responded to your concerns and brought a fan as well as two mosquito repellent devices to help you cope with the heat and mosquito and fly issues. We wanted to provide a quick solution to make your stay as pleasant as possible.
