The entire crew is amazing! The know I have a phobia, and accommodate my dorkness. They leave the x-ray blanket on like a weighted blanket. Music playing in my headphones. Nitrous as needed. They have such an upbeat and positive attitude. Dr.Shad is the only dentist I can go to without the fear.
First time visit but very friendly staff, exceptional teeth cleaning lady and densit actually listened, seemed concerned, said you're welcome a lot, and actually tried to help! All in all, it was a great experience, and I intend to keep returning for more! :) ... plus they have this centipede game in the lobby that I haven't played for many many many years! Way to go! It's the little things that add up to big things! Thank you!
Update: I have been experiencing quite a bit of pain on the left side of my mouth for about 4 years and my past dentist could never figure out why. They would make adjustments by grinding away at things, changing old fillings and such, do bite down paper thing, which hurt, and then tell me to wait 6 months to see if it got any better... which it never did. This dentist actually found a cracked tooth, installed a nice new cap and fixed the problem!!!! I've been able to actually use that side of my mouth again!!! Pain free!!! I didn't realize how much I missed being able to taste food on that side of my mouth until I could actually use it again!!! I have enjoyed not being in pain on that side of my mouth again! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!!! I am so grateful that I changed dentist and came here!!! It's such a pleasant experience all the way around!!!
I don't know anyone who has more anxiety about going to Dennis/doctors then I do, but after finding this dentist, I can seriously say how kind every single staff person is, which I find rare from front office to the dentist. They understood that I was very anxious and they put me at ease, especially the assistant helping the dentist. She was the most kindest soul. I wish I remembered her name to give her a shout out! Seriously, the best office I've ever experienced in my 30 years of living! Definitely recommend!
VIP has great and friendly staff however with me they didn't stand behind their work. I had two root canals with crowns. Neither crown ever fit (according to a specialists) and they were always painful. They were done 5 days apart and one crown was filed down over 8 times destroying the crown. On one visit the dentist numbed the wrong tooth and I was charged.The tech fixed it the next day and they tried to charge me again. Both teeth during all this time became infected. The crowns were never replaced or repaired. One crown fell out and was re-glued without it being cleaned out, fell out again in two weeks. I received several opinions and each one said they would go to him to replace or repair his work which he wouldn't do. He didn't call me or meet with me but had his assistant tell me. I left VIP with a severe infection in both crowns. I've been on antibiotics for months and have paid over 7k total for one tooth. I have heart disease which was a concern of my heart doctor, them knowing I wish it would have been a concern of theirs too.
DO NOT GO HERE!!! we went in for an appointment and the staff was beyond disrespectful, openly talked about breaking HIPPA law talking to other clients about me with out my consent. The dentist repeatedly made back handed comments talking about the condition and quality of my teeth. And when I finally broke down crying he said” you better stop crying or I’ll just laugh at you” very unprofessional and completely disrespectful.

Great dental hygiene clinic! The place is very clean and organized, and the hygienist is very knowledgeable and caring. My teeth feel amazing after the cleaning. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a professional dental cleaning.

I'm so glad VIP Smiles was recommended to me! I've been going to them for over a year and a half now and they are such a breath of fresh air after the last dentist I went to. VIP Smiles has a pleasant atmosphere and very kind assistants. Both of the Dr's are personable, fun to chat with for a few minutes, and seem very good at what they do. What I like most about this office is that they're honest and fair. They're not like dentists I've been to in the past that are like dishonest mechanics telling me I need all this work done when I really don't and assuring me that my insurance will cover large portions of it when the insurance doesn't. I'm always comfortable at VIP Smiles knowing they're going to do a great job and not going to charge me an arm and a leg. Also, just a side note- they're very fast and attentive. I'm usually in and out and I don't do a lot of waiting around. I absolutely 100% recommend VIP Smiles! I'll never go anywhere else as long as they're in business!
I 100% recommend this dentist office. I’m the type of patient that avoid going to the dentist and always wait till the last minute to go. From making the appointment on they were so kind from looking at my insurance and let me know what it covered. the dentist took his time with me and told me my options and let me decide what I wanted to do. Very, very caring staff. I would recommend this dentist to anyone that is afraid to go to the dentist.
