I had an appointment with Tim Johnson yesterday, as wax had built up in both my ears and I was having difficulty hearing. Tim was able to clear the wax effecively using water jets, rather than micro suctioning, which I personally dislike. It was simple and easy and I would certainly recommend anyone with similar problems to visit VIP Pinner.

I received an excellent service, starting with a friendly greeting at reception. In terms of the suctioning process, Nick was fantastic. He took the time to understand the history of my ear. The process was painless. At every step of the way, I was reassured and the things were explained to me. I felt completely at ease. A decades worth of blockage was removed efficiently and the follow-up guidance received was excellent. Hearing in my ear has now been restored. I'll now be coming back yearly to get things checked out. 5 star service, with the key thing being it was completely painless with zero anxiety.
Nick is brilliant!
My hearing aid had broken and he took as long as required to fix it perfectly. He tested my hearing, remove some wax, and re programed the aid to exactly where it should be, in order to correct my hearing.
He really made a massive difference.
He did everything he possibly could and fixed everything perfectly.
He also explained what he is doing step by step, clearly so that I understood.
He is knowledgeable, kind, understanding and thorough.
Gemma was very helpful on reception too. She took the time to enable everything to happen. Thank you Gemma.

I recently visited VIP's Eastcote branch and received excellent service. I initially spoke on the phone with Sarah, who efficiently arranged a same day earwax check appointment for me. I was later examined spot on the agreed time by Ewa. She quickly diagnosed signs of a middle ear infection rather than a wax blockage. The two ladies then immediately worked together to produce a report letter that could be taken to my doctor. Amazingly, I didn't even have to pay them anything as there was no need for earwax removal.
I’ve been seeing Nick at VIP for many years now after he was recommended to me by a friend and I would literally never go anywhere else. Extremely kind, listens and takes onboard your concerns, offers solutions to suit your needs and budget and is never pushy - something all other audiologists I’ve been to have been guilty of - just trying to sell me the most expensive system whether it met my needs or not. I would highly recommend vIp to anyone who is thinking about seeing an audiologist.
This company provides a very professional, courteous service. I was welcomed by the lovely receptionist, Sarah. Eva, the hearing technician, was very skilled and gave me a thorough evaluation of my hearing issues, and the pain I was experiencing in one of my ears. She provided insight into the issues, and wrote up a letter which I will give to my GP/ENT referral for further assessment/diagnosis. Both Eva and Sarah were so very gracious, kind and helpful.
