I have been to VIP Hearing Solutions twice now and both times I have been very happy with the results. The staff are excellent and make sure that you feel at ease and comfortable with the procedure. I have no hesitation recommending them.

I have had two appointments with Mo. He has been so kind and helpful in advising me on the best hearing aid for me.

Visited today with my mum who is 96 she has been seeing Mo for 4 years and has always found him to be very professional and courteous.If you need any aspect of your hearing looked at this is the company to visit as nothing is too much trouble and they make you feel that your custom is valued.Highly recommend.Lyn Robbins.

I have yet again benefitted from Nick Clive's excellent advice with an upgrade to my previous hearing aids. Having suffered unilateral deafness since birth he fully understands the issues I was experiencing and has advised on new technological solutions. This new set have just become available and are what I had always hoped for, greatly increasing my ability to hear in different environments I was having difficulty with. I have recommended friends and family to VIP Hearing Solutions and all have been very satisfied.

Went for my six monthly hearing check and to discuss how I was getting on with my hearing aids. Nick (Audiologist) was excellent at putting me at ease so I felt very comfortable to discuss any issues with him that had cropped up since my last visit. I've had tinnitus for a long time and having this session was very reassuring. Small adjustments were made to my aids to address the changes in hearing and the issues I raised, including downloading the latest operating software for the aids. All this was included as part of my original purchase of the hearing aids - so no payment was necessary. The hearing aids have improved the quality of my daily life so much and helped greatly reduce the tinnitus when wearing them. If you have hearing problems I would absolutely recommend VIP Hearing Solutions. They are a fantastic caring team, not pushy in the least and listen very carefully to your needs. They really have made a difference for me. Thank you VIP hearing.

Absolutely brilliant service as ever, I would not go anywhere else or trust anyone else other than Nick with something as important as my hearing. He is always so kind to me and my parents when we come along, it is like coming along to see a friend, nothing is too much trouble. We enjoy our visits..

Went to see Nick about a hearing test and also for sound blocking sleep aids. The service was fantastic from start to finish. I would highly recommend VIP Hearing Solutions.

Excellent service. Expert and pressure free advice.very thorough hearing test and careful computer calibration of devices. Routine follow ip resulted in free provision of slightly altered moulds. The aids were excellent before this was done but are now superb. Eva is skilful, experienced and knowledgeable . I can’t recommend highly enough! PS not to forget Sarah the very helpful front lady!

I had an excellent service today at the VIP hearing solutions in Pinner branch. Right from the start of my phone call till the end of my treatment I was made to feel very comfortable. Both Mr Tim Johnson and Mr Leon Cabey are so friendly and welcoming. They both went over and above to help. I would highly recommend them - 10/10 from me. Thank you so much for your exceptional service. I will definitely be visiting again.
