I cannot praise the team enough with particular attention to Lucy abd Tim. Tim identified a problem i had which I thought was due to wax. I am totally deaf in.my left ear and after trialling a cross hearing aid with another in my right ear the change it made to my life was amazing. From the minute we walked through the door, the whole experience was a pleasure. A lovely chat with the kind receptionist, Sarah, and then a comprehensive hour spent with Nick. He was incredibly informative and kind, with an understanding that these initial appointments can be worrying on different levels. Every step was explained thoroughly and we were given all the time we needed.
We visited as a result of a friend’s recommendation, and I can heartily second that to anyone looking for advice on hearing.
Kthe therapist was knowledgeable. She could see I had no wax in my ears and suggested I should see my GP. Therefore, no treatment was undertaken but I was surprised there was no consultation charge! Would highly recommend to all potential clients.
Fed up with my NHS hearing aid problems, I decided to go to VIP in Eastcote. Nick was very attentive and professional. He recommended hearing aids I had heard good reports about, fitted some for me and lent me a pair to make sure they were suitable.
When there was something I wasn't 100% happy with I went in and Ewa readjusted them for me. I would certainly recommend VIP Hearing Solutions.
Excellent reception, facilities, knowledge and courteous, helpful service throughout. They are very patient and very understanding.

Have had hearing aids and follow up with Nick for 5 years - excellent service throughout. But he surpassed himself today as I lost my right hearing aid on the golf course. I rang VIP at 415, hotfooted to Wimpole St for 5 and had a replacement in my ear at 510!! That is service ……!!!!
Really excellent service - friendly receptionist and amazing staff, I have never had such a thorough assessment and treatment of my ears and such great after care advice - thank you! I can now hear so much better and am so grateful! Would highly recommend - I won’t be going anywhere else now!
Mo and the team came across well and professional. He spent a decent amount of time listening to my concerns, answered my questions to the best of his knowledge, and didn’t push unnecessary tests or treatment plans. He was also transparent about what he could offer and establish, and where there were limits to what he could help me with, was able to signpost me to another specialist service. Overall, it was a helpful experience.
I was given a same day appointment and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, my problem wasn’t very much, my audiologist was warm and knowledgeable and I was in and out in no time for which there was no charge.
I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again for any future problems

**Fantastic experience at VIP Hearing Centre!**
I met with Mo and Lucy at VIP and honestly, I couldn’t recommend them highly enough.
I’m 49 and have never heard in my left ear. I was offered a free one-month trial of a CROS hearing aid, and the difference has been unbelievable.
The biggest surprise for me is that hearing now just happens. I’m no longer using all my energy concentrating on what someone is saying, trying to fill in the gaps or work out what I’ve missed. I can simply listen and be part of the conversation. It’s hard to explain what a difference that makes until you experience it.
No more having to think about where I need to sit at a table or in a meeting making sure my “good ear” is facing the critical information coming at me.
And the hearing aids come with an app, so I can choose which side I need to hear more from depending on the situation. Absolute game changer!
I also want to say something about tinnitus. I’ve been told, like many people, that you simply “have to learn to live with it.”
But experience has been very different. Since improving my hearing, I’ve found that the tinnitus no longer has the same hold; improving my actual hearing has changed my relationship with the tinnitus completely.
What really impressed me was how unhurried, understanding and genuinely interested Lucy and Mo were. They listened, answered all my questions and made me feel completely at ease. No pressure, no rushing — just brilliant service. Very refreshing!
If you think you don’t need your hearing checked, **get it checked anyway!** When did you last have yours tested — at school?! Before finding VIP, my last hearing test was in 1985!
VIP team, I genuinely can’t thank you enough. I’ve already shared the VIP Hearing Centre website with friends and family, and I fully expect you’ll be getting some calls from my workplace too!

My hearing in my left ear started to fade - I realised that I had a build-up of wax. I telephoned on Monday morning as I had my birthday supper that evening. I was seen in the afternoon and the wax was efficiently removed. I could hear what my guests were saying in the evening! Thank you VIP Hearing Solutions. I will have an annual check-up with you!!
