Several years ago when we were looking for a vinyl fencing company, we came across OK Vinyl. We requested a quote, and were happy with it so had our fencing done. The fellows that did it - did a great job and we were very pleased with them & the job.
A few years later, I had to call for service on one of the gate locks that through no fault of the installation, the closing mechanism had become separated & I couldn't lock the gate. Told them there was no rush on it, however they showed up a few days later & fixed the gate lock. To my surprise I never received a bill and when I questioned about it - they told me they happened to be in the area, and it was such a simple fix, there was no charge. This is a great family run business, and I highly recommend them, not because they didn't bill me, but because they are an honest, pleasant company to deal with.

Just thought would share my thoughts with the work OK Vinyl did for me. Over the last ten years I have used their services a number of times. From installing a lengthy vinyl fence, gates and even a chain length fence. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. I even had them come back to fix some minor wind damage. I am very happy with their excellent service and would highly recommend them if you need any type of fencing.

It was so great to deal with this company! The supplies we needed for our fencing project were a very reasonable price, came on time and were great quality. We also have a gate fabricated by them and it too was done very well, on time and exactly to spec. The service was outstanding! Would recommend this company!

Excellent Job and the fencing is attractive and wearing well. We have quail leaving their doo-doo on the fence as its a lovely place to sit. Washes off very easy. That's Okanagan life for you.
