I had my first appointment here today and just wanted to say it was probably the most pleasant dental experience I’ve ever had- Dr Metwally was lovely (as was the receptionist, sorry I didn’t catch your name!) and prices were lower than I had expected. A previous dentist had told me I needed twenty thousand dollars worth of work done, which I put off due to lack of affordability! and to hear today I don’t actually need any major work done has felt like a massive weight has been lifted! I look forward to booking in for my next clean :)

All the staff (Technicians & Receptionists) are very pleasant, friendly & polite. Rafeek (Doctor Rafeek Zaki) is a very kind, patient & professional gentleman. He made the time to listen & discuss/explain everything about the care plan & treatment he had planned. I felt really comfortable during the whole visit. Rafeek is very skilled & good at his chosen vocation. The premises at The Vineyard Road Clinic are spotlessly clean, modern and welcoming. Will highly recommend him & his practice.

I have quite a complicated history and dentist at Vineyard Dental, was very good at listening to my story and made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. He helped me understand many options I have, not like other dentists, make you buy something from them. He advised me on whats best for me.

Kylie at the reception is the best - she’s friendly and super helpful! The attitude of people at the reception in clinics makes a huge difference especially if you’re going to the dentist (no one’s favorite, I imagine). Dr Met was thorough in explaining wisdom tooth extraction and answered all my questions. All in all a good experience even though I chickened out of the procedure!

What a fantastic clinic with just as amazing staff from receptionist to Dr Raf and Dr Silvia . Took my 4 year old for a tooth extraction that was quoted $2000 somewhere else as I was told it can’t be done in a chair. When I visited Dr Raf for a second opinion he said it can be surely done in a chair. They made my son and us so comfortable and was done under 40 mins. I can’t recommend this clinic enough.

Let's be completely honest... I've never liked going to the dentist and I have never liked the cost of going to the dentist. But I've got to say, in all honesty Vineyard Dental Sunbury were great! Dr. Rafeek Zaki (Dr. Raf) was great! He explained the whole process and gave me his honest opinion. He was patient, caring and even though the appointment went over and into his lunch break he ensured my needs were met (I hope you got your burrito) but I trust Dr. Raf and am so glad that I got the help I needed.

I don’t think anyone likes going to the dentist but, my emergency visit to vineyard dental today was actually a good experience. I’m new to Sunbury and will now continue to be a patient at this practice. Kind, gentle and professional… resonably priced too.
