I'm disappointed with their services. I'd had a problem and have to wait till the next week without any internet. They also neclect to inform me that their backup system wasn't installed yet that left me without internet during loadshedding whilst I have an inverter. And apart from that they want to charge call out services for a problem that got nothing to do with me. 😡

Hi Priscilla, as you may be aware load-shedding was implemented within a 1min notice from Eskom and our team ordered the necessary backup solution and will be installed tomorrow. I have also been advised that if you are available our team will be happy to pay you a visit and see what could be the issue. It is standard procedure to notify clients that incase the issue is not within our network there may be a charge if the cause is in result of an issue onsite (like for example cable damage ocaused by a gardener) and obviously we need to notify you before such charge. We will assist and assess your issue and let you know. Hope we can resolve the issue and we can reinstate your services witthout major issues.

Also I just want to compliment you on your choice of staff, Peter, here in Villiersdorp, he is an exceptional service orientated person. He went the extra mile to assist us and get our internet up and running even though there were some challenges. He invested a lot of time in ensuring that we were connected on quite a big job he had to do. He even assisted us when we asked for help after hours and went out of his way to make sure everything was working. He was patient and explained everything and guided us until all was resolved, You definitely have an asset in him as part of your team. The ladies that assisted me Laurika and the lady from your call centre were also very helpful and went the extra mile. It has been a pleasure during a stressful time, to be able to receive such excellent service from Vinet.
