5 stars to this company for coming out on a Saturday to repair the cables in our roof which rodents have some dinner on!!The team of Tino worked up and down the ladder and they went out of their way to have our internet ready before the rugby!!Thank you thank you thank you we were smiling and all family members raved about the service

Happy is an understatement. I've read through some of the reviews and realized that some people just don't understand wireless connectivity. There can be many issues with those installations. But whatever. I moved from Herotel to Vinet, why? I wanted to restructure my home network and Herotel quoted me R450 for callout and R500 for moving the line. I actually did it myself, but was still upset. Contacted Vinet for a new fibre install. I knew there will always be a waiting periode, after Jacques called and made an appointment, everything was installed. There was a small issue with the connection and that was sorted out easily. Had Vinet for more that 6 months and doing regular speedtests I found that everything runs exceptional. I later decided to install my own private router, contacted Support and was sorted within 5min. I am still amazed by the dedication and response time.
I would definitely recommend using them!

Having used many service providers across the country, Vinet is by far the most customer centric. From Sales, to Installation, Accounts to Technical Support, the service is exceptional.

Hello, Vinet are a professional company and have some amazing employees. The response to our internet issue was prompt and professional by Stephan, he was so helpful . They even managed to come out to the house within a couple hours to resolve our issues .
Jermaine and Peter were so friendly and professional and a pleasure to have work in our home. They made sure everything was replaced and working 100% before leaving.
I highly recommend this internet company to everyone that has it available in their areas.
We have never had such an efficient, customer service orientated ,and friendly and efficient provider before .
