I had a bery good experience overall in villarusso..From planning upto execution of my wedding ceremony on may 31..the person who helped me from day 1 is so amazing her name is Kim,,the staff was great on the day of my wedding.and food was amazing..i have 130people and everyone enjoy my celebration..I am so happy that i made it to villa russo..and if i have to renew my vows again it will be in Villa russo again..the place was so amazing all in all..thank you villa russo for a wonderdul experienced

We have hosted a few parties at Villa Russo, and every single event has been beautiful. They put so much thought into the planning, organizing, and the decorations. There are so many choices when it comes to the food and appetizers, which is perfect since guests always have lots of great options to choose from. We also love that they have special additions like the Venetian table and a sweets table that includes candied apples, popcorn, cotton candy, and ice cream (a total kid's favorite.) The staff is incredibly attentive, and Kim is always so helpful with the planning... she truly knows how to keep the party-planning stress-free. Mr. Russo is wonderful to work with as well. If you want an event that will be remembered, this is the place!

Villa Russo Catering in Queens, NY is the ONLY place you should be having your family affairs!
We just had our daughter's bat mitzvah here and it was PERFECT - beautiful decor, elegant layout, fantastic food, and top-notch staff (Christine you rock!). I know this sounds cheesy (so was the eggplant rollatini) but I literally have nothing bad to say! Kim, the Catering Manager, held our hand throughout the whole booking process, and answered every question and concern with patience and KNOWLEDGE! They've been doing this for 50 years so how could they not know what they're doing!
Then the day of the party (eggplant)rolls(atini) around and we had NOTHING to worry about. Every chair was in place, every table decoration was correct, and the room was gorgeous. Our friends and family were also blown away by the set up. But then of course was the FOOD! Literally the best Italian food and for such a large event! From the chicken parm to the salmon (so fresh and delicious), rice, penne a la vodka, and the eggplant rollatini (did I mention that yet?!), to the passed hors d’oeuvres like the empanadas, chicken teriyaki dumplings, calamari and the classic pizzettes were all just phenomenal.
I'm literally laughing while writing this because everything was such a home run. No complaints! If you're having a wedding, quinceañera, sweet 16, graduation dinner, birthday party or a BAR or BAT MITZVAH, book now. Call Kim, and I swear to the heavens she will take care of ALL your needs. L'Chaim!
And the best part, Mr. Russo comes to every party and he checked in with us twice during the affair and even danced a little!
The Russo's truly make you feel like family when you bring yours to Villa Russo!

We celebrated our daughter’s Quinceañera at Villa Russo’s Palace Room and had an amazing experience. The service was exceptional, kind and the food was delicious. We would definitely recommend Villa Russo to others when celebrating special occasions.

I recently had my event at Villa Russo and overall I am very, very satisfied with my experience. Even though there were a few things that were not fully clarified at first, Kim, Gigi, and Mr. Villa Russo truly made sure everything worked out and that my event went smoothly from beginning to end.
They really went above and beyond — honestly, “if I said jump, they jumped” lol. Their attention, professionalism, and willingness to help made all the difference.

On may 14 2026 I had my daughter sweet 18 at villas Russo cafe the location and the food was amazing and delicious the staff was so nice I will do it again my daughter loved it

Bri helped my team and I book our end of the year party on short notice and it came out PERFECT! They had such great attention to detail with several options to choose from for decorations and food (which was delicious). The bartenders were great and attentive making the experience even better. The space was amazing and just what we were looking for. They have a special type of setting that you can’t find at most event halls. Would recommend to anyone and everyone a thousand times over again!!!

I was pleasantly surprised when I attended my cousin’s party. Villa Russo is a cute castle with impressive interior, very whimsical with great service and great food! Eggplant rolatini was amazing. Thank you to the chef and very kind service staff!

I want to give Villa Russo family the biggest thank you. You all were amazing from the first call to the actually day of the event. Kim answered all our questions and made us feel at ease throughout the entire process.
Chrissy was absolutely amazing as our Maitre'D and was so pleasant to work with. She anticipated our needs from start to finish during our event. She made the night easy to enjoy. My niece and family members had the best time!

First time here and the service was terrific. Bartenders (Gigi and others) and servers were attentive and courteous. Eric, the maître d', was exceptional. He was always alert to what else he could do to make the event even better. He was not above doing anything.
