The staff (especially Ibrahim in the main restaurant) were so attentive to not just us, but everyone! Ibrahim ensured we had a fantastic dining experience and even was great at entertaining our daughter. The sun villa was standard and very dated, so we decided to upgrade to beach pool villa. We just wish we had done it sooner as it was gorgeous! The only downside is that the hotel isn't really designed for babies: the cot we had was quite dangerous as our daughter bumped her head on the wood sticling out inside it, then the replacement we had the mattress didn't fit the cot properly as it was too small which is a suffocation hazard, and there were only 3 baby bike seats on the whole island so we could only use the bikes on the last day which was a shame. Would definitely return but only when our daughter is older 😊

Our stay at Villa Park Hotel in the Maldives was an unforgettable experience. The resort is beautifully maintained, with lush tropical surroundings, pristine beaches, and clear turquoise waters that truly capture the essence of the Maldives.
The accommodation was spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, offering both privacy and stunning views. The rooms were kept impeccably clean, and the housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout our stay.
The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, always willing to assist and ensure we felt welcome. From arrival to departure, the service was warm and well organised, making the entire experience smooth and relaxing.
The dining options were varied and of high quality, with fresh ingredients and a good selection to suit different tastes. There were also plenty of activities available, from water sports to excursions, as well as peaceful areas to simply unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the island.
Overall, Villa Park Hotel exceeded our expectations. It is an ideal destination for anyone looking for relaxation, excellent service, and a true island getaway. We would highly recommend it and would happily return in the future.
We stayed on the island from November 24 to December 2. Everything was very good and everyone was very kind, except for the photographer. We were not satisfied with him at all—he was rude and didn’t even greet us when we went to pick up our wedding photos.
We had booked the Sunset Beach Villa, but we received an upgrade and were moved to a better accommodation, which was perfect. We rented bicycles for one day, but unfortunately they were in very poor condition, so we decided not to rent them again for the rest of our stay.
We held our wedding on the island, and although it had to be postponed several times due to the weather, Mr. Himanshu helped us a lot and always tried to ensure the best possible outcome for us. In the end, our wedding turned out wonderfully.
The wedding package also included a special dinner, during which our waiter Navaneeth took excellent care of us. He was helpful, friendly, and always smiling—I can highly recommend him!

Pool Villa Beach sono molto belle e confortevoli, adatte sia per coppie che famiglie. Si presentano ristrutturate, con un design semplice ma piacevole. Il buffet ogni giorno ricco e diverso, molto gentili gli chef e in generale il personale. Ad ogni ospite viene assegnata all'inizio della vacanza una persona dello staff per supportarti quando necessario. Noi ringraziamo Nena per la sua costante disponibilità e gentilezza.

Начало: Прилетев в Мале туроператор сообщил нам, что отель не пришлет за нами гидросамолет (хотя он уже оплачен) и придется ждать общий самолет и там уже на катере, но предлагается компенсация за это последние три ночи на вилле выше классом! (Прошу заметить не весь период, а последние три ночи). Нас две семьи - мы категорически отказались и стояли на своем и гидросамолет сразу нашелся и благополучно улетели. В отели прибыли около 16.00, но номера не готовы! Хотя заселение по международным правилам в 14.00. Бронировали мы идентичные номера, в итоге у одних джакузи, у других мини бассейн - все с хлорированной водой. Джакузи не работала, но пришли починили. Администратор Лили как будто все время делала нам одолжение в разговоре и в переписке. Проживание: У нас виллы 305 и 306 - отличное расположение - вышел и сразу океан спокойный и чистый, рядом две локации, где можно понырять и посмотреть рыб! С противоположной стороны острова - волна и камни. Ресторан: основной ресторан - очень грустный, вроде все есть, но как-то без выбора. Жарят один вид мяса и один вид рыбы, но оно почему-то заканчивается все время и надо стоять и ждать следующей порции. Когда ресторан заполнен - напитки (кроме воды) надо будет подождать минут 10-15. Воду ставят на стол в бутылке. На завтраке вы не сможете налить себе кофе сами - вам его заботливо нальет человек пристроенный к кофе машине, а вы постоите в очереди. За омлетом очереди нет - это странно! 😉 Пиво - легкое и вкусное, вино пить невозможно, коктейли я не пью. Уборка - убирают хорошо на мой взгляд, утром осиновая уборка, вечером приходят метки и проверяют полотенца - меняют. А-ля карт- вот просто придти и поесть в а-ля карт за свои деньги у вас не получится, даже если он пустой, вам нужно записаться за три-четыре дня. Территория - хорошая большая зеленая, три теннисных корта, волейбольная площадка, бадминтон, есть настольный теннис, дартс, есть велосипеды, но они все ржавые и слабо управляемые. Вывод: в целом все неплохо, но хотелось бы улучшить ресторан по еде и музыку могли бы включать вечером. Я второй раз сюда не поеду, если под итожить.

Kids club convenience shoutout
We spent eight days at Sun Island (Villa Park Resort) in the Maldives with two families and four children aged 4, 6, 7, and 9, and we had a great experience. The Kids Club was fantastic and allowed the adults to enjoy snorkeling while the kids had fun in a safe and caring environment. The children always came back happy and excited. A special thank you to the Kids Club team — Shann, Seni, Vika, Aimaan, Nasha, and Arun — for taking such wonderful care of the kids. They organized great activities, including a pizza-making experience at the Italian restaurant and a really cool dance party that the kids absolutely loved. We truly appreciated the balance of relaxation for adults and fun for children, and the Kids Club made our family vacation even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for families!

This island is a solid choice for visiting the Maldives
Our third trip to the Maldives, though our first visit to Villa Park, brought my wife and me tremendous happiness. We flew direct from Heathrow to Malé, then a 25-minute flight to the airport next to Sun Island. The transfer at Malé was painless, and we were soon walking to reception along the jetty. We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade on our chosen room from a Sunset Beach Villa to a Lagoon Beach Villa. Having seen the location of all the rooms, this is certainly the room we would have booked, had we known. My wife and I also benefited from lovely decorations on our anniversary. The staff at Villa Park are all wonderfully polite; this includes all the grounds staff. The island is beautifully maintained, though some areas are under development; the island is large enough to enjoy plenty of isolated space. The island, despite hosting hundreds of guests from around the world, still has enough beach space for the beaches to feel almost empty. We chose the all-inclusive drinks option, that we'd highly recommend. This included the minibar in our room that was stocked every day with two cans of beer, a bottle of wine, cans of Coke and Sprite, and two bags of peanuts. There were a further four half-litre bottles of water. Together with the water provided at every meal, this was more than enough for our needs. Most of the bars and restaurants had an 'all-inclusive' menu for drinks that contained a number of delicious cocktails (gotta catch them all!) as well as house beer and wines. These are provided on a one at a time (per person) basis. The sea was warm and clear, with some distance between the shore and the outer reef. On the lagoon side of the island, the waves were gentle, with fish and the occasional shark or ray swimming about. Sadly, like a lot of tropical locations around the world, the coral in the lagoon was badly bleached, though not completely destroyed. The resort has several coral growth areas near the jetty between the island and the Italian restaurant. Halfway along the jetty there are steps down into the water. There were a large number of fish hiding under the jetty; some of them were a metre or more in length. Next to the restaurant at the end of the jetty, there's a dive school with a ladder into the deeper water that marks the reef. There are a larger number of species of fish here, together with more live coral, flourishing in the cooler water from the depths. We didn't partake of any of the water sports or the included night fishing excursion, as we were happy chilling on our veranda or at the golf bar. While this is a child-friendly resort, they were not a disturbance to us. We passed a children's entertainment building on our walks, where there is a separate childrens' pool. Finally, the main buffet restaurant is amazing. Pretty much every food type is represented, with an emphasis on local fish! There are some amazing cakes and lots of fresh fruit. Everything we tried was delicious. This island is a solid choice for visiting the Maldives.

The hotel presents itself as luxury, but the only luxury they have is their Instagram.. Who gave them 5*??? This is not our first time in the Maldives, but we are very disappointed that we chose this place for our honeymoon😭😭😭 Horrific transfer - getting to this place is a real nightmare. The floor in our room is extremely slippery: from the very first second after check-in, I slipped on the tiles 😭. Only now do I understand why they provided flip-flops… and it is just first 15 min of our vacation….
People who rate this hotel are actually rating the nature - but nature is the basic minimum in the Maldives!!!

Было немного неожиданно и познавательно увидеть как на отдаленном острове строят дома, на одной из частей побережья в конце существующей застройки возводят новые бунгало. В этот раз к сожалению не смогли увидеть мантру, не приплывала, когда мы ходили на нее поглазеть к итальянскому ресторану, но там зато видели семейство скатов. Замечательный сервис, хороший и дружелюбный персонал, отменная природа

La bellezza in ogni cosa
Abbiamo scelto questo resort per la nostra luna di miele e dobbiamo dire che la scelta è stata davvero fantastica! Il resort si trova su un Atollo a misura d’uomo, tanto è vero che noi abbiamo passeggiato tranquillamente per tutta l’isola, ed offre numerosi servizi e attrazioni (anche sport come una palestra, basket, tennis, tennis da tavolo, ecc). Le spiagge sono incantevoli e i due lati dell’isole offrono due splendide alternative: da una parte la barriera corallina, con fondale più basso e fauna praticamente a riva (a noi è capitato più volte di vedere squali pinnanera), dall’altra, zona laguna, dei colori meravigliosi e un fondale perfetto per nuotare. Il ristorante offre svariate soluzioni a tutti i pasti ma una nota di merito va per colazione: pancake e waffle caldi tutte le mattine, oltre a cornetti, donuts e ovviamente tantissimi cibi salati. Infine una grande nota di merito va al personale, sempre estremamente gentile e cordiale, ma soprattutto alla persona che ci ha seguito al nostro arrivo nell’isola, Eliza: sin da subito è stata molto gentile ed attenta alle nostre esigenze, rendendosi disponibile praticamente 12 h al giorno anche tramite Whatsapp per qualsiasi nostro bisogno. La sua cura, davvero eccezionale, ha reso il nostro viaggio di nozze UNICO, regalandoci l’upgrade di una camera con piscina 😍 Assolutamente consigliato 💪🏻

Everything was excellent! The rooms were clean and well equipped (thanks to Venkat from Housekeeping). The staff were very friendly, including those at the Restaurants: our friendly people from the Southern Star, Alam and Shaheem; Shishir and Iyan from Maanyia; and Muklas from La Tropicana Bar. Many thanks also to Olessya who welcomed and informed us, as well as Krisna, Shehan, Gaurav, Faruk, Dulal and many more (we didn't manage to catch all the names!). The water was always warm and the beautiful nature with coconut palms was just wonderful. We will definitely come back again and recommend this place to our friends!

Il resort si presenta come un autentico angolo di paradiso. L'acqua cristallina e le spiagge, che sembrano quasi private, offrono un'esperienza di esclusività e tranquillità raramente riscontrabile. Il servizio è impeccabile in ogni suo aspetto, garantendo agli ospiti un'assistenza di alto livello in ogni momento della giornata.
Il buffet internazionale è un vero e proprio punto di forza: la varietà e la qualità delle proposte culinarie sono impressionanti, con un'ampia gamma di scelte che soddisfano tutti i gusti e le esigenze alimentari. Ogni pasto diventa così un'esperienza gastronomica da ricordare.
Tuttavia, è importante notare che gli extra non inclusi nel pacchetto possono risultare piuttosto costosi. Per questo motivo, suggerisco di optare per il pacchetto full board, che copre tutti i pasti principali. Se invece si prevede un consumo frequente di bevande, potrebbe essere conveniente considerare l'opzione all inclusive, per evitare sorprese nel conto finale.
L'ambiente è particolarmente adatto alle famiglie, grazie a un mare che rimane basso per diversi metri dalla riva, permettendo anche ai più piccoli di giocare e nuotare in sicurezza. La barriera corallina, pur non essendo estremamente vasta, è comunque bella e offre la possibilità di fare snorkeling e ammirare la vita marina locale.
In conclusione, questo resort è la scelta ideale per chi cerca una vacanza all'insegna del relax, del lusso e della natura, con qualche considerazione aggiuntiva per il budget extra.

Siamo ritornati, stanno facendo dei rinnovamenti per cui vedi una parte di isola con macchinoni e rumori di costruzione.
Lo staff come al solito impeccabile. Nella sala da pranzo, Ahmed e Sabash ci hanno trattati benissimo durante tutto il soggiorno. Kawsar, sempre sorridente, ci ha scorrazzati per tutta l’isola con il buggy. Nawaf ci ha fatto divertire con le attività sportive sia in acqua che fuori.
Prenotazione dei water sports hanno qualche problema. Due volte siamo andati senza trovare la nostra prenotazione.

Kids club: divertente come l’anno scorso, con Arun e le ragazze che hanno sempre fatto divertire nostro figlio
