Got shutter blinds fitted early December 2025 along with some roller blinds.Paid half on booking and the other half a week before installation (£3500).
Blinds are good quality but some of the slots don't close as equally as the others which allows light to get in.
Had to contact them again (and I never complain) with regards to a damaged bay window sill caused by inadequate care being taken to protect the surface when fitting around a brand new bay window..... still waiting on someone coming out to view but I guess after nearly four months nothing is going to happen now.
I would not recommend this company for their after care customer service and lack of respect to cover surfaces when they are climbing over them to fit blinds.
