We used this company 6 years ago and loved them. We recommended them to everyone. We really thought we had a trustworthy, caring company to deal with for AC issues, and in Arizona, that is a huge relief. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. Our air went out about a month ago, and they sent a tech out a day later, not ideal since we have a rescue that includes 17 dogs, but manageable. It wasn't too hot yet. The first tech came out and said he wasn't able to repair the problem because he didn't have the part. Luckily, my husband had a backup from the old unit we could use until they got the part. Air was back to working, but with a smaller motor, so we knew we couldn't use this for long.
They ordered the part we scheduled. We also asked if they could look at the ductwork, and took a day off for our new motor.
The tech that came out was not personable, and after taking my unit part realized he had the wrong part (that's twice now the unit was taken apart and not fixed). He took a look at the ductwork and said there is a potential leak, but nothing major; it would be covered under the original quote. He would order the part for the unit and have the office call on Monday to schedule. Almost a week goes by, and we have to call the office. They were apologetic... they had the part we scheduled again. My Husband on that phone call reiterated that we have a small duct repair I'd also like done. The same tech comes out a couple of days later with the wrong part again... This is the third time my unit has been taken apart and not fixed. so we ask for the duct work to be patched he then proceeds to act like the conversation of the minor repair never happened and the office let us know they had sent over a quote for$5000 that we had opened and not acknowledged from what they could see on their end so they did not prepare for him duct work.....we didn't open the quote but say it happened by accident.. that's still not what we were told! 5000 vs covered under the original quote are wildly different. We'll now two days later, I'm sitting in my house without air... the company is coming out and making us a "priority". I've never felt less like a priority in my life. I am 6 months pregnant, have 17 dogs, and two other kids. My house is approaching the 90s. We tried everything we could to prevent this from happening, yet here we are. I am so disappointed that we truly felt taken care of 6 years ago and praised this company, only to now feel like we are bothering them because we need air.

I had ordered my A/C on line and Viking was contracted to do the install, Nino and Albert showed up they were very courteous and got right to work mind you it's 108 degrees out and they were working up on the roof and had to go into the attic to fix some wires for the new thermostat. They got the job done in a timely manner and cleaned up after they were done. My wife and I appreciate the job they did and would recommend Viking Heating and Air-conditioning to everyone.
This is an add on: In February of 2026
Viking air was rehired to replace my swamp cooler Ryan and crew got the old one off and the new one in, in a very timely way had to come back once to make an electrical repair at no extra charge and now it's working like a charm I will be recommending them to anyone who needs A/C work
Had Owen back to make some adjustments he arrived I told him my concerns and he got right to it and was finished in short order said he really couldn't see any thing wrong maybe the pad (it's on a swamp cooler) wasn't getting completely wet
and just kind of adjusted the position of it. Great service
