Scott McFarland provided an outstanding seasonal service on our newer HVAC unit this morning. From his initial handshake, his professional introduction and warm presence set a remarkably high standard for customer care. Scott has a unique talent for human connection—a quality that is far too rare in the service industry today. I am typically quite reserved and skeptical when welcoming technicians into my home, but Scott earned my trust almost immediately. He tackled the maintenance efficiently and left me with total peace of mind regarding our HVAC investment. Scott is the ideal representative for Viking, and I sincerely hope the company sends him out for all of our upcoming maintenance cycles. Highly recommend! Y'all are just the people I needed. I like to give a big big shout out to Scott the technician. He was very friendly. He got the job done. He took his time to explain how to work the new thermostat. He was soooooo very helpful. I will mostly recommend Viking to anyone that may need some help with their A/C. Thank you so much. Not only was Scott friendly but the whole team. Even the receptionist that was on the phone I forgot the man's name but when I do get his name, I will add him on to this comments. He also did a very good job. Viking is very professional and have definitely earn my business many more times to come.💯

Professional service with minor delay Scott's visit last week to clean the evaporator coil and clear the condensate drainage pan on my split-unit heat pump was professional and efficient, just like his prior maintenance service a few months ago. He represents the company very well and has been courteous and great to work with. I've been a customer for eight years, since Kelly started the company and installed my current system, and I've always been satisfied. The only hiccup this time was a delay in receiving my paperwork, which took two follow-up calls from me over five days.
