My review is long overdue, but we wanted to see the impact of our new roof, fascia, soffit, and gutters/gutter guards with different variants of weather. Ariel, Victory's sales rep, was knowledgeable of the firm's products, gave us a variety of options and was not pushy like some salespeople. Ariel went in our attic and took pictures of roof sheathing that he recommended be replaced. From the photographs we could see where moisture (creating mold) was getting into our attic from the deteriorated shingles (two layers) and tar paper (that's what was used in the '80s). The photos were eye opening since we have a truss roof construction and rarely go in the attic. It was March and the ground was snow covered at the time they wanted to start our project. Another concern was would they return to our home after the invoice was paid in full to finish cleanup after the snow melted. We were hesitant to have work done with some snow still on the roof and the ground but decided to proceed. The roll off dumpster was delivered prior to the project. We had a project manager and three separate crews assigned for each project: the roof, the fascia and soffit, and the gutter/gutter guard crews. Each crew arrived on time, work diligently and were respectful of our property. At the end of each day, they cleaned up as best they could (ground was snow covered). Tarps were draped down the side of the house to avoid damage to our windows, screens, siding and the shrubs. They did request, so as not to damage them, any items we could relocate such as our solar walkway lights, decorative yard signs and garden statues. Better be safe than sorry. We were informed it would take three days to complete the project and they were spot on. There was one instance that caused a little angst for us. When the first crew (roofing) left for the day, they had not completed something that the project manager said would be completed (ensure the attic insulation wasn't impeding air flow through the soffits). The second crew (soffit/fascia) was not informed of the incomplete task before they started their job. We had to tell the crew to stop work until we spoke with the project manager. We were assured that it would be taken care of before we signed off on the competed project. We gave the OK for the second crew to proceed and finish their job. And yes, Victory came through and completed the task before we handed over the final payment. A few days later two staff came with a small handheld magnet to pick up nails in our yard and driveway and clean up any debris left after the snow melted. Knowing the magnet, they were using was inadequate, we allowed them to use our push type magnetic sweeper (forty years ago when we were younger, we installed our own roofing, soffit, and fascia and purchased the sweeper to pick up roofing nails). They said they had a sweeper but couldn't fit it in the car. Almost one month after the project on a nice sunny warm day we opened the windows and found that four screens were ripped during the project. We made ONE call and a few days later a Victory member came to our house and re-screened the damaged screens. Absolutely NO hesitation on Victory's part to deny us the replacements. We were elated. Through this project we eliminated our 2 gable fans and 3 roof fans (no more electricity used). Our second floor, breezeway and garage are so much cooler with the summer heat with GAF's new style shingles, ridge vents and soffits. We had torrential rains which would normally overflow our old 4” gutters. With the new 6” gutters, no more overflow. Although the project cost was more than we expected (we do most work ourselves), the material used was top of the line, the crews worked nonstop, workmanship was top notch and Victory followed through on all of their promises. Would we use Victory again, ABSOLUTELY. That's why we gave them a 5-star rating. On a separate note, we were so impressed by the work ethics of the crews, each day we cooked them a hot lunch and provided hot/cold drinks and dessert. Another happy customer.

They won't stop calling me (it's been years). And today they showed up at my door unannounced! I don't need remodeling. If I wanted to hire you I'd request a quote. I don't like door to door and phone harassment.

Hi Lauren,

We're sorry to hear that your experience with our outreach efforts has been frustrating.

Victory Home Remodeling canvasses only in areas where we have recently completed work and/or have received the appropriate township permits to do so. That said, we understand that not every homeowner is interested in home improvement services, and we always want those preferences to be respected.

We also have processes in place to honor requests from homeowners who no longer wish to be contacted by phone, email, or SMS. Unfortunately, we're unable to identify a corresponding record based on your Google profile name alone.

If you're willing, please contact us at Customersuccess@victoryhrg.com with your contact information so we can review your concerns, ensure any applicable records are updated, and help prevent future outreach.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

My experience was great from start to finish. The whole team took pride in their work, was on time, explained the process and cleaned up. Most important, the completed project looks AWESOME!!!!
Reply from Victory Home Remodeling 2026.06.11
Eric, thank you for being a repeat customer and for trusting Victory with not one, but two projects on your home! That kind of confidence means the world to us.

We loved reading that the experience was great from start to finish and that the team’s pride in their work was evident throughout the project. Showing up on time, keeping homeowners informed, and leaving the property clean are all things we believe should be standard, not exceptions.

We'll be sure to share your kind words with Dwayne as well. He takes a lot of pride in making sure every homeowner has a positive experience and loves the finished result.

Most importantly, we're thrilled to hear you think the completed project looks AWESOME! Thank you again for your continued support, and welcome back to the Victory family.

They are replacing my gutters now and they are way better than Leaf Filter. Marvin was great!
Reply from Victory Home Remodeling 2026.06.11
Marcia, thank you for the wonderful review! Hearing that your new gutters are already making such a positive impression means a lot to our team. We know homeowners have plenty of options when it comes to exterior improvements, so we're thrilled that you feel the new system is such a significant upgrade.

We'll be sure to share your kind words with Marvin and Sal. They both take great pride in helping homeowners find the right solution and ensuring the installation experience matches the quality of the product.

Thank you again for trusting Victory with your home. We hope your new gutter system serves you well for many years to come!

Let me start by saying the individuals involved are all decent people and the work looks good. However, I do feel lied to about multiple things. Firstly, The salesman, came out and went over all the info. He spent about 5 hrs going over all the things the company offers, detailing the quality of work and cleanup efforts, 1 day install, doing the job right the first time and even went as far as to make sure we understood that this work needs to be done soon because of how rotted and degraded the wood is, (due to time and the carpenter bees making a nest up there). Which is why Victory sends the team out with planks of wood, at no charge, to replace it. (Lie# 1) I just bought this house a month ago and was well aware of all the issues I had to face thanks to the thorough and stellar inspection job done by HomeTeam Inspection Service, (highly recommend). I did make a point of letting him know that we had just spent a lot of money on purchasing the home and was waiting to pay off my car before I did any work on the home. We decided to do the trim and soffits and were offered a finance option. We had 3 days to cancel the work order and honestly, I should have. I called and spoke to the project manager, John, prior to the install and asked if we could push the work back a month until the car is paid off. He said he couldn't do that but he would change our financing from Goodleap to Pure finance group because Pure offers a 60 day wait before making payments (lie #2). We agreed and proceeded. Install day, The installers arrived Saturday, 11am (3rd party contractors I am assuming because the sign on the truck doesn't say Victory), took down the old stuff and installed the facia, soffits, drains and downspouts. The work looks good. Not denying the quality of the work. My issue is the damaged and rotted wood was never removed and addressed. It was covered up. This is not what I was sold on. I was sold on the bad wood getting corrected and the new material being put up. The installers left early without installing the gutters and only cleaned up partially behind themselves and wouldn't be back for 2 days to finish the job. Mind you, I have dogs and a toddler. (lie #3) I reached out to the project manager the following day to let him know my concerns about the wood and how I was under the impression that the damaged wood would be getting replaced. That was one of my main reasons for having the work done. He informed me that everything they covered up was in "great shape", (some of it was not in great shape). The before pictures he sent me didn't show any of the wood damage so I sent over the pictures I received from HomeTeam Inspection services that clearly show the actual condition of the wood. His response was "the trim board is not rotted, if we installed the black facia on rotted wood, it would look terrible". Granted, again, I was sold on rotted AND damaged wood. The wood was clearly damaged in some areas and rotted in one area that "cant" be fixed because of the yankee gutter system, despite the yankee gutter system being up there and requiring roof work to do, the facia, which is rotted, could have been addressed instead of covered up."(Lie #4 and 5) I was given a refund of $1300 for the wood that was never used, (although I was initially told, that it was provided at no cost because the company cares about the quality of work and are thorough in replacing damaged sections). The contract even states that "any additional wood replacement over 320sq/ft will be at a cost of $5.65 sq/ft to the homeowner". (lie #6) The team arrived sometime after 10am to install the gutters and guards. I had a graduation to get to out of state and had to leave before they could finish the job. It was told to me, by the project manager, that it was preferable to them that I sign the completion certificate before leaving. Got home at midnight and walked the house and found debris around the front porch and rear of the house. Even in my 3yr old's kiddie pool. Reached out to the project manager this morning. Its been 16 hours and still no response.

(Updated) : Thank you for taking the time to connect with Jonathan from Customer Success and Sarah from our Finance department. While we were able to provide additonal context, address concerns, resolve a finance issue we understand there are still items that require further review and we will continue to work through them with you.

(Original) : Hi Josue, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

While we're pleased to hear you are happy with the appearance and quality of the completed work, we're sorry that aspects of the project did not meet your expectations.

Throughout the project, our team remained actively engaged in addressing your concerns, including multiple conversations regarding project scope, financing options, scheduling, material usage, and post-installation cleanup. Our Project Manager remained in communication throughout the process and worked to address concerns as they arose.

We also reviewed the concerns you raised during the installation and provided an adjustment related to those discussions in an effort to reach a fair resolution.

We understand that there were differences between your expectations and our assessment of certain conditions encountered during the project, and we recognize how frustrating that can be during a home improvement project.

Our Operations team has reviewed your feedback, and we appreciate the opportunity to have worked on your home.

If there are still outstanding questions or unresolved matters, please reach out to Customersuccess@victoryhrg.com and we'll make sure your Project Manager gets back in touch with you directly.

Thank you again for your feedback and the opportunity to communicate.

Had salesmen ring our doorbell twice in one day, the second time was after my husband already said we were not interested multiple times and closed the door on the salesman. The first time they came my baby and I were sleeping and the second time I opened the door with her in hand. Despite this, the salesman was undeterred, asking me multiple questions after saying we were not interested and saying someone already stopped by. Only after I said I have to go and feed my baby did he back off. Did they choose to stop by again hoping my husband wasn’t home? Buying no soliciting signs as a result, however, by these reviews, it seems they don’t respect those either. Won’t ever use their service due to how their sales people behave. They have no respect for you.

Hi Klaudia,

Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We sincerely apologize for the frustration you experienced.

Victory Home Remodeling conducts canvassing only in areas where we have proper township permitting and/or have recently completed work nearby. Our representatives are trained to be respectful of homeowners' wishes and to disengage when someone indicates they are not interested.

We also take concerns regarding repeat visits seriously and will review this feedback internally with management.

In addition, many municipalities maintain official "No Knock" or "No Solicitation" registries. We encourage homeowners to contact their local municipality to determine whether such a program is available, as our team is trained to respect those lists where applicable.

If you would like to discuss this matter further, please contact our Customer Success team at Customersuccess@victoryhrg.com and we would be happy to review the concern directly.

We appreciate the feedback and apologize for the inconvenience.

Everyone was very helpful. The windows are great. I feel the difference already.

Charles, seeing a review from a repeat customer always puts a smile on our faces. Thank you for choosing Victory again and for trusting us with your home.

One of the best parts of a window project is when homeowners start noticing the difference right away, so we're thrilled to hear you're already feeling the improvement. Whether it's comfort, efficiency, or reducing drafts, that's exactly what quality windows are designed to deliver.

We'll make sure Anthony sees your kind words as well. He works hard to ensure every homeowner has a positive experience from the first conversation through the final installation.

Thank you again for your continued confidence in our team. It means a lot knowing you came back to Victory, and we're grateful to have earned your business once again.

This company has to be one of the worse companies I've ever dealt with. They send representatives door-to-door to generate business and they are extremely persistent. Over the past few months, they've knocked on my door three or four times. On one occasion, I was out doing yardwork when a salesperson approached me. I politely explained I wasn't interested, but they continued to push for an appointment. Since I was busy and trying to be courteous, I eventually gave them my number and told them to come back another day. The very next day I called the office and canceled the appointment. The person I spoke with confirmed the appointment was canceled. A couple of weeks later, I received a call asking me if I wanted to schedule a new appointment. I told them no and specifically requested to be removed from their contact list. The repeated door-to-door visits, persistent sales tactics and continued contact after I canceled and requested removal from their list is frustrating and unwelcome. I will personally never use this company and I believe their aggressive approach ultimately hurts their business more than helps. If a homeowner says no, that should be noted and removed from future sales routes. Given how many times representatives have visited my home, I suspect they've already canvassed every house in the neighborhood multiple times. Overall, I found the company's sales practices to be unprofessional and overly intrusive.

Anthony came to my mother-in-law’s house to give an estimate on a new roof and gutters. We had another company there to also give an estimate, which clearly annoyed him. My MIL is elderly and disabled, so could not handle this process herself. At first we were impressed by the company’s work, then Anthony presented an estimate that was 50% higher than his competitor (who incidentally is higher rated). He offered a lower price, which was good only as long as he was at the house. He said he could sit in his car or go get lunch and urged us to pressure my MIL into signing the contract. When my husband told him we were not signing with him that day and expressed annoyance over a nearly $10K price jump if we took time to consider, Anthony took me aside individually with another price several thousand dollars lower if I manipulated my MIL into signing. At this point, I was very upset and told he we would absolutely not be signing a contract that day. He left. Anthony was fine and professional until the incredibly high-pressure sales tactics. Since that day I’ve been getting daily calls from CLOAKED NUMBERS from our area code from him and his company. They may do good work, but consider this experience.

Hi Jennifer,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.

We take concerns regarding professionalism and communication seriously. After reviewing our records, we have been unable to identify an appointment, proposal, or customer interaction associated with your mother in law or name associated to your Google profile.

I got my windows done last year by them pretty expensive, but was sold on how good their warranty and customer service is only to be let down when all my windows were drafty and when they came to examine and repair them, they blame the manufacturer. It’s been three months of going back-and-forth. Nobody calls me back. Nobody came to fix the windows. They refused to return my calls absolute terrible customer service. I’m now being forced to get a lawyer to have my windows repaired. Do not use this company. They are all song and dance until there’s actually a problem with the windows which they’re definitely will be.
