They went out of their way to accommodate the testing that I needed done quickly and with clarification and guidance as to my results. We had such a positive experience with Dr Fielden-Smith and Sara today. After a really difficult and stressful time trying to get appropriate care for my daughter, their kindness, calmness, and genuine compassion were a huge relief. Dr Fielden-Smith was warm, down to earth, and took the time to really listen and understand the situation properly. We finally felt heard and supported. Sara was equally kind and welcoming and made us feel at ease from the moment we arrived. They were both a real godsend for our family, and I honestly can’t recommend them highly enough. Excellent service at Victoria Road Medical Practice (Private GP), Ferndown. I was able to get a same-day appointment for my DTP vaccination. Sara and Dr. Simon were polite, professional, and very helpful, and they also checked for other travel vaccinations I might need. The surgery is open 7 days a week with late appointments, which is a huge plus. Highly recommended, especially if you need an urgent GP appointment.

I needed advice urgently and Dr Simon was very calm and understanding and takes the time to listen to my concerns. Really helpful the practise was closed due to a family celebration but they opened specially to accommodate my mum who is 88 the doctor was lovely very professional thorough and friendly and the receptionist was lovely too we got antibiotics so hopefully my mum will be feeling much better soon

I can honestly say this was such so much easier and more pleasant than going through the normal route of trying to get a GP appointment at my local surgery. No offence to them, but the rigmarole involved generally is well worth just booking with a private GP if you can. The Dr was very approachable and thorough. I did not feel rushed or feel that I couldn’t discuss another issue. Obviously there is a time slot you are allocated which is fair enough but I felt that is was ample. A referral letter was done for me, a prescription issued and I left feeling really happy that I had a fantastic experience. I will definitely continue to use Victoria Road Medical Service in future and I will recommend to everyone I know. It was so nice to pick up the phone at 6.15pm on Monday evening and be offered an appointment for 10am today. The best £90 I have spent in a very long time.

Dr Simon visited my elderly father on a Sunday, as an emergency, which in the moment was completely what was required, and gave us the reassurance that we were all hoping for. It meant that we were not taking an 86 year old to A&E who was unable to get out of bed at the time, creating unnecessary stress for him. Dr Simon visited him in his home, and performed thorough checks whilst my father was able to stay comfortable in his own bed. I couldn't recommend Dr Simon and Victoria Road Medical Practice more highly. All very efficient and just as important, professional and caring.
