My car was sent to Vic Body Works by my insurance company after another repair shop had done a botched job.
Lisa and Joseph were professional, kind, transparent and prompt with their management of my car repair. I was really worried after my bad experience with the previous repair shop and they worked really hard to make me comfortable with what they were doing.
I could not believe the wonderful job they were able to do with my car and I was just delighted when I picked it up. They were also really quick and turned the repair around in a few days.
It's rare to get that really personal touch from businesses these days but that's what I got from Vic Body Works - as well as superb quality of work. As Lisa said, they are a family business and take pride in their reputation.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I had the misfortune of being in an accident not my fault
my experience started with Lisa at reception who was ultra helpful and willing to go the extra for me.
Even suggested a specialist Renta car company that could be included in the claim .
Then more importantly the job itself was perfect and I could not be more impressed.
Highly recommend if your car is a little unique and want someone to love it just like you do.

Not a great experience, called to arrange to bring my car in for a quote; the receptionist was very nice I must say. Arrived and spoke to the owner (?) who gave the impression he'd rather be somewhere else and didn't really want to understand how he could help me. Didn't feel like a customer, more like an inconvenience.
Excellent service. Experienced professionals. Solved problem quickly. Cost very reasonable. Would go back if ever required. Highly recommended.
